Their job is to act. If they are bad at it, it means they're not doing their job properly. Go to acting school.…
What I'm sure of is that it's definitely not just 'a few people's opinion.' However, her fans are certainly making a big effort to frame it that way.

" Korean industry doesn’t give work out of goodwill". You're very naive. She got selected for Blackpink because of her visuals. And I'm not criticizing her for that. Most of kpop idols nowadays are chosen solely based on their looks, not talent. That's why only a few bands get the recognition. Plus. Jisoo is still in the business because she sells products, hence she is valuable. She is not a revered singer nor actress, because she's at best medicore. Without her brand deals, she would have been long gone.

And how did she get the reputation if she is actually that awful? What's with you saying fanboys? She's the most…
She went to an action school to learn how to do a forward roll for Newtopia, but doesn't bother to go to acting school.

Their job is to act. If they are bad at it, it means they're not doing their job properly. Go to acting school. Practice. Anything. But no. They ride the wave of their kpop fame and think that's enough to be a respectable actor.

If you don't like her acting then don't watch her dramas simple. It's not that hard to do, right? she's good,…
We have to watch her dramas to objectively review her acting.

Lol. That doesn't make her a good actress. We are talking about the skill not whom she is endorsing. She has a reputation as an kpop idol and a girl standing and promoting objects and clothes not as an renowned actress.

i recently started Newtopia and its crazy how this show was the gateway for me to realize that Mydramalist is…
The author gave a valid criticism. Hiring a super famous singer who lacks acting skills instead of a talented and more experienced actress, just to boost album sales (for the singer) and ride the wave of her popularity (for the producers), are all valid points. Unless it sells it's all good, right? No need for actual skill to be involved.

Touch some grass, maybe then your lack of prefrontal cortex won't be so obvious.
Congrats. You googled a difficult term to look smart, yet failed miserably. How about you start using you perefrontal cortex, go out and touch some gras s and stop simping over celebs as if they'ar demi-gods. Plus, you don't even realize how hypocritical you are for insulting those who criticize your favorite celeb—you're doing exactly what you're accusing them of. Bravo. You K.O'ed yourself beautifully. haha

I have some valid criticism about the show and Jisoo's acting, but you don't want to hear it, don't you? And your only response (over and over again) is that we are haters. Sure. Let's worship celebs as demi-gods, even tho they're obviously lacking in talent. That is what is valid, right? Most of you Gen-z kids don't even know what a good acting means. You are raised on fluffy kdramas, when acting is all about staring at each other and making stupid "aegyo" faces.

The problem wasn’t her dui scandal the problem was she was young and it was years ago and she lived in shame…
Well. She also was driving under the influence, which is a very selfish and dangerous thing to do. She might've killed someone, instead of that power generator.

But DUI wasn't her only scandal. She was embroiled in another one. I remember a picture of her partying heavily. She definitely had some alcohol issues. But yeah. It seems like Korean society does not know how to forgive.

Wasn't she ready to make a comeback soon? I was eagerly awaiting for her next projects. She was talented. Too bad she got involved in alcohol.

Title Light Shop
Probably the most unique kdrama I've seen. Unique even for Korean standards. No sexy CEO oppas. No pretty girls doing stupid "aegyo" faces. And although the symbolism is not new, the mixture of genres makes this drama stand out.

Wow, your words really show the kind of person you are—with zero empathy. Who said she’s not focused on recovery?…
My reading comprehension is something else? "Girl, this statement is for you.". I'm not a girl. So congrats. Your comprehension level is non-existing. Your whole reply sounds like "I know everything, I know her better than you, I have read everything". I get it. You are a stalker. You are entitled to be an expert. "Meanwhile, you’re just talking nonsense with your baseless assumption". What nonsense was I talking about, that she should rest and not making rounds in public events? You still don't get it. She's entering again the world that made her suffer. Sounds like I care more about her well- being than you. Plus. She had already posted a lengthy message about her struggles. We all know about them. The media knows about them.
