Her "I believe" or "I think" means nothing, yet she is all ower this forum posing herself as an all knowing protector of Kim Soo hyun. I asked her on what ground, beside her fan theories she builds her case, she gave me nothing. Read with understanding. It has nothing to do with presumption of innocence, because that wasn't my goal in the first place. You guys can even comprehend this.

How funny. A legal presumption is a rule that requires a court to accept a specific fact as true until someone presents evidence to prove otherwise. First of all. Nothing what that person said was a fact. It was her theories. When I challenged her tonprovide any proof to support her claims, her only defence was "that's what I think/believe" which in court would be dismissed and laughed off. With this kind of reasoning all you can do is stand under the buildg of the court with a sign : "He is innocent, because I say so." And chant your support like a teenage girl. I'm sorry, that's a stupid argument. Even if she used her money or connections to become an actress, those things aren't doing the work, her talent is. She is out there doing the work, and she has constantly proven herself to be a talented actress. Plus, it's not like she became a star after one role. She has worked hard for years to get where she is right now. Our Sticky Love was her first drama in a leading role. If she had such good connections, she should have been a star from the get-go.
