It might just be not your cup of tea..It reminded me a lot about speed and love (same author btw) which I stopped…
That's what I thought in the beginning that's why I was excited about the drama before it aired but as the story unfolds we get to know that he was ADOPTED by her family before she was even born. He knew her as his sister from the start like he wasn't even in school yet. She always knew him as her older brother and they grew up together as siblings for a decade... She came to Thailand for her older brother and when she saw him, she felt attracted to him (same for him btw) and don't even get me started with all those cheesy scenes that were so over the top. I was cringing like it wasn't some short spicy drama or a whattpad story c'mon! It could have been executed correctly or should I say written correctly.
I'm just sharing my opinion and absolutely not judging the people and especially the younger generations that liked it.

All of us can enjoy the drama despite our age. I was just saying that this genre is more popular among young adults and that they can relate to it more
Honestly i was very excited for this drama but now that ive started watching , i feel I'm losing interest faster.…
It might just be not your cup of tea.. It reminded me a lot about speed and love (same author btw) which I stopped watching because I couldn't shake the feeling and the idea of them going from siblings to lovers (it was more like incest than a decent trope of friends or best friends to lovers). Anyway, I've watched like 6 episodes of Dazzling, it's not bad but it would have been better if she really left and they reunite again years later for the love story to begin. watching them going back to school again is tiring.
Anyway both dramas are meant for young adults like teenagers...
Episode 8 was good, but Nico keeps calling Zeke a bad person while he himself is doing questionable things π.…
Yes. I think her mom was part of a mafia group herself! let's wait as the story unfolds. I'm so glad the number of episodes has been updated to 20 π€
I sort of started this and is now at Ep 18. Am i the only one who gets irritated by Ye Xian and the crush he has…
It's his character dimension. A spoiled, immature and arrogant man yet lonely and kind hearted. Keep watching, there's a character development for him..
The statement of Wang yuwen's studio isn't convincing IMO. I wonder why the sudden change π€
I know the studio asked us not to assume things or whatsoever but still... I'm disappointed π but I wish she will take an even more promising project for her career
In my opinion ML should have a guilty concious instead of being mad and jealous. After all it was him that split…
The ML didn't even know and even if it were the case, he's not the one to blame. His nephew made a choice and it's alright also. What's not okay is him meddling in his uncle's married life. He should be grateful but instead he grew jealous and refused to take responsibility of his own decision. He couldn't stand watching them happy together and that's so wrong. He even killed a person for himself and made it look like he did it for the FL. In short, he's pathetic π
ye xian wouldn't be half as 'loved' if it was portrayed by another actor, he is a terrible person and jin zhao…
Ye xian is an interesting character regardless of which actor is portraying him. I can say that because I can hate this character, see him as a red flag, empathize with him, expect from him,... and all of that is possible because of how well winwin portrayed this character regardless of his face card and his popularity. I didn't know him before this drama So you can hate a character but know that it means that the actor did a good job.
PS I'm shipping him with the new girl so much! like he's clearly interested in her but in denial.
I think youβre the one making it weird. What people are actually annoyed by is the blatant shipping of Ye Xian…
Your point is valid but the original comment is not about the ship but more about how winwin portrayed his character in this drama. He nailed it! I didn't know him before this drama and I'm glad that he was chosen to portray Ye xian.
She's good π and haters gonna hate anyway. I knew her from the longest promise which I find it underrated but I really loved the drama and her character. I'm really enjoying "a splendid match" also, I will give her others drama a shot for sure!
Is the rise of Ning worth it? From what I've seen from the comments it's too slow paced and she won't know that…
πππ€ it's way more in that drama believe me. The only drama that I loved her in it is "love game in eastern fantasy".For the Rise of Ning, I think I'll start it and have my own opinion π

Like the one with Esther Yu lately, I was wairing for it and when I started it and really enjoyed the first episodes but then it was so cringe π¬ I couldn't shake the fact that he was his brother even before she was born and lived as siblings for years despite the distance... and all of a sudden things changed for what because she's cute and that he's got?! it was way against my morals so I stopped watching and I dont regret it though.
So is this one cringe or it was done the right way please?
