Shen Huan is also young. You guys placed too much expectations onto his character.
You don't forget a whole lifetime of being spoilt without anyone around him showing any backbone.
He sounds like he is under 20 and parent guilt him to save the family. Why is anyone surprised? There ain't love in ancient time. Sex yes with those concubines. Love and devotion?
Every episode? Are you serious? I am about to start this drama and I've got a heavy work week this week.
Oh boy. Thanks.
I'd hold off then till I have some time or space it out with daily episodes. I am not a crybaby but I heard the acting was good here. I like both the leads but I am not a fan of melodramas. However I miss KSH quite a bit. I didn't particularly like the female lead's character in KJW's last romance so hoping this FL is better.
Anyone watching this? How is the drama so far? Enough romance? Annoying second lead? Any misunderstanding?
Well first off no one screeches in this drama. And I am actuslly terribly excited over the upcoming 5th couple. The males all have unconventional good looks. Well is plastic surgery overkill but other than that its all good.
finished ep4 and don't see(yet?) why the rating is so high, when does it get better ? first time watching the…
It starts slow. Its a slow and steady sort of drama but the casting is good and I like the interactions. I've actually dropped other flashier dramas for this.
And oh the ML isn't the main draw for this. I just like the family dynamics
How many episodes will be dropped this week please? I stopped at ep 22 and am intending to watch this week's episodes this weekend. I can't take the 2 episodes a day. But am puzzled with the single episodes.
They are not blood related, but father adopted him at very young age and hence, he is on his birth certificate…
Sorry. I didn’t make it clear. I knew it was between the main leads but the whole elevator, office and more office kisses were lame. The writer seemed to aim that towards immature viewers?
Omg. No. His stepbrother? Its technically not even step brother because he was adopted. Its plain siblings and him being the adopted sibling.
Its ok I am in the midst of a good thriller so not fussed. That male lead had so much PS he reminds me of a Kdrama actor.

Its morally wrong and disgusting implications. The writer can't find a better plot?
What am I saying? I watched bits of episode 17. It's so juvenile that I am not starting this drama now. How childish was it showing the passionate urges and a grown man being so carried away that he doesn't know how to behave. I mean people can do it but the whole mouth being lipstick smeared was so juvenile. Really. Shesh.
Can you remember roughly when they kiss then? Looks like I won't start this drama but will see a bit here and…
Thank you. I am now so in love with Blossom in adversity that I have no mood for concurrent dramas. But kisses yes since I actuall like the main lead. I was looking forward to watching this drama so its a pity that the writing is bad.
not biological siblings, but the guy was adopted by the girl’s father. they all legally siblings I think on…
Thanks.
That's still bad though if they were legally brought up together. Think of all the adopted siblings in the world. I am majorly icked out. The comments here have put me off this drama. Now if I can only find those kissing scenes I would be fine skipping this drama. It sounds too toxic.
Well I finished Shen Li and also the ep 17 - 22 episodes. It was so civilised and pleasant getting the progression. I just need to look for ep 23- 24. Then need to do some actual work work and catch up next weekend.

Nah....
Drama lesson 1.
Hahaha....

I am off to read an ebook. A good ebook.

Her new NEW rented residence got burnt down? Aw man!!!!
I don't even want to speculate about the Princes getting involved.
Did she get the kiss before or after her home got gutted? Don't they have money in the house?
Did Prince Ling die?
We have a biological sister liking him?
So skip this drama? Nothing to see? No kisses or romantic moment worth going for?
Ok. I am due to start a completed drama. Thanks.
