I am about to ask this question about Kiho. However I want to say I am not really INVESTED or obsessed on who he is because I want WH with MH.
I am asking because I can't work out the logic.
WH has an identity card. Mok- ha remembers her birthday. He said they are the same age/donggap.
He calls BG hyung.
So if he hides his identity; it is a lie and either one of the guys is lying. Or both guys are the same age. That's why you are saying either sibling can be Ki-ho.
I didn't understand how the older brother can be Ki-ho.
I also cannot understand why the older brother cannot be the male lead. Not that I think he is but if he is Ki- ho is he supposed to be then?
Either way I couldn't work out the deduction logic in this forum that's all. So the Korean identity system is full of loopholes and their parents lied about the age and producing a 2nd son out of thin air with a missing birth certificate.
Honestly they don’t need the company, with these days and age, her voice, visual and crazy backstory will make…
Have you read how the KPop industry works? She needs a company. Sue also needs a manager to drive her around and someone to write her new songs. And to release a mini album or fo MVs.
After watching first 2 episode it looked like fl loved ml in past too ..I thought in this drama ml will be healed…
We like normal cheesy romance if its done right.
I actually won't like angsty male lead who can not move on. I am also thankful the female lead is tall, has some flesh on her vs being anorexic and not coy or idiotic. She was a bit conniving in the beginning.
The painter wakes up and sees RY is gone. He reads the story left by RY, he says he wants to go outside to see…
What does that mean?
RY bought up the child? She was looking older?
I have to started the drama and was going to marathon it. I now do not understand the ending even though I have seen plenty of bad endings in other dramas.
Why did the child call the Emperor an old brother yet was higher rank than him?
Sorry. Still undecided if I am starting this drama. I actually have a viki subscription so will watch it there. I am just confused with the ending.
I am still at episoce 1 and still at the childhood section.
I had to pause just to reorientate myself that its a drama. We all know that the young actors in Korean dramas are often superb actors. I can even get over how the Moon Woo Jin has grown up. Then the 2 fathers usually play nicer characters. Totally harmless and sometimes comical.
So excuse me if I pause to say geez, the childhood abuse part was played very well by all. The make up for the bruising was superb. The absolute casual violence by Ki- Ho's date. The ansolute berserk rage by her dad?
God.
Yes I have clients who experience domestic violence and I have seen how violen some human beings are. Some of you might never see it up close which is something to be thankful for.
But goodness me, I wasn't expecting it. So now that is out of my system I am going to continue episode 1.
Yes I realise that there are both dramas and films out there that shows a realistic potrayal of these. However some of us come to Kdramas for relaxation. Situations like these are more like reminders of my work life so I would rather not be reminded that these people often do not get punished or prosecuted. And that the reality that their victims often grow up having relationship issues. Not everyone will get the support they need
So anyway just wanted to say I was a bit shocked how traumatic they wrote the leads childhood was that's all. Superb acting by everyone. I could believe it was real. That was just cold casual violence by the policeman father.
I can't watch this after ep 4. It ends on Jan 17th? Is MBC sabotaging the drama? It would kill me waiting that long. I will just set up my calendar to remind me to watch ep 5- 13 on Jan 17th.
You know what? I must have subconsciously decided that this drama featured a guy who lost his first love and it would be difficult for him to fall in love again. That sort of drama.
Who would have figured that I'm now watching a decisive male lead who can be aggressive. I mean it in the comfident sort of way. If you're talking about using a cliche then lets use the medical cliches about what the personalities in certain medical specialities. That's why I am shocked and I shouldn't be. Cardiothoracid surgeons are not in a passive sort of speciality. When you hold someone's heart in your hands- you need a certain type of comfidence to want to work in that area.
So yeah I laughed at myself today as I watched ep 9-12. The romance trajectory took me by surprise. Even the episode 8 first kiss was a surprise. I think I may have gotten ovee expecting a reluctant male lead. This guy is going full steam ahead. I really wasn't expecting him to tell the 2ML to back off so bluntly.
I don't know man. I am fast forwarding any of the mother's scenes and no I don't think the 2ML has any acting charisma for me to bother. His acting is exactly the same as when he was that male good looking matchmaker drama thingy.
I did repeat the grandmother's police station scene about 3 times because I thought it was a hoot.
The main couple cam both act however I don't feel any chemistry so no rush whatsoever for the romance to develop.
The director seems to like showing off the women's strengths this season- so whatever. I looked forward to this series a lot however it didn't grab me. I went and rewatched the 1st season. Yes the main leads had chemistry in spades there. The main couple here? Just seems like a sunbae and newbie intern just mucking around.

Sje needs a company.
So why does some people BG is Ki-ho? When Ki-ho was in the same class as Mok-ha?
I also don't know who the 2 actors are from any of the dramas to know who's more famous. To be cast as the ML
Let me take a moment to scream at how young those 3 look. 30, 31 and 33? Look at their SKIN!!!
I don't know what to say. I had very low expectations about this drama because the synopsis sounded crap and nonsensical.
O m g. How much do I love this drama? Episode 3 totally made my Sunday morning. If I could bottle up Mok-ha I would.
The little train that can... hope she makes it as the manager that sells 84000 albums.
Don't know where this drama is heading but since I bought cried and laugh; I wish good ratings for the drama.
Now going back to listen to the songs. I am actually scared of Ji-ho's dad. I thought he'd be gone but he is still there. He sounds dangerous.
And not that I care that much but is there a male lead? I cannot work out who it is.
This drama is looking good. I'm looking forward to episode 4.
Ok. Will give it a go. Unlike the others I actually like the actress. That's why I am starting it.
This reminds me of the Yang Yang drama. All Chinese drama writers are masochists.
I actually won't like angsty male lead who can not move on. I am also thankful the female lead is tall, has some flesh on her vs being anorexic and not coy or idiotic. She was a bit conniving in the beginning.

Can you put this under spoilers? Its only the first episode. We don't usually get massive ending spoilers the first day.
Shesh.

I am just going to enjoy the journey.
