But does it matter how much the gangster leader know about his abilities nd they also know he does not fight back usually. And the govt official who ordered them doesn't care about their (gangsters) life nd that guy (the govt official) wants to know ju won limit.... By seeing them himself so he's basically using the gangsters by threatening them. The gangsters aren't stupid they had to do it

Because they don't understand him they have known him as someone who won't really fight back but they realised it later nd for the chase in ep 11 that govt official ordered them
