I am watching a donghua recently named Shrouding the heavens the male lead is very different than wang lin for sure but here his development makes it very relatable because ( He eventually learns to survive he needs to kill when necessary and he doesn't depend on anyone on his adventure like say ( Although it's not a drawback but wang lin did have initial support from Situ nan. Though he's not involved later on in wang lins journey) but here the male lead doesn't have any kind of support.. I will give you my honest thoughts to watch the initial first 25 episodes as they are the struggling initial stage for male lead after the 25 episode mark the series kept getting better and I am enjoyingit a lot more
