-weird to see the king of Yongzhou basically doing a 180 on his attitude to Lanxi. I guess Prince Ju's little speech woke him up. It seems like Prince Ju went a little mental.

-Loving the part where Lanxi introduced Xiyun to his mother and then basically asked her to marry him

-We see Lanxi overhear the conversation of Xiyun with one of Qingzhou's men and then they cut to him supporting her and telling her he will follow her to Qingzhou and telling her he basically already knew who she was.

-I am so glad she got to meet with her father before he passed.

-HC and HCR make me so uncomfortable when they are together. I really don't like HCR, she seems like a background character in this whole war prep scene. They have no chemistry and you wouldn't even know they were actually married. But we do learn HC and YWY have their own agenda, besides defeating Qingzhou, HC also wants to take control of Yonzhou.

-Lanxi and XY's father's talk was so endearing. Both father and brother care very deeply for XY.

-The killing of XY's brother was just dirty. I really hope YWY gets what coming to him in the end. I hope HC even turns on him.

-I think the biggest thing that I was a bit aggravated was we never saw Lanxi, when XY was working on the government affairs, or when they brought her dead brother back. He also wasn't there when her father passed. I mean where was he to comfort her. I know he did later in the tower, but was a bit confused by his absence in some of those scenes.

I agree. To much time making sure the best friend is ok and the closing of Joint Capital. I hope there is more coming, because ever since the 2FL has joined and then left, it seems like the whole drama has slowed down for me. I don't know I guess I was expecting more drama and I am getting slow somewhat drama.

Dance of the Phoenix (Yang Chao Yue) Romance, Wuxia, and Fantasy (another great drama, but with a sucky ending)
Princess Agents (Zhao Li Ying) Historical, Romance, Wuxia (another sucky ending, but great drama)
The Story of Ming Lan (Zhao Li Ying) Historical, Romance (very smart female lead, no real fighting except a few wars, she uses her smarts to out maneuver people)
Under the Power (Seven Tan) Mystery, Romance, Historical, Wuxia


I am sure there are several that are good strong female driven and lead, but these are some of the ones I like, even the bad ending ones are really good dramas.

I didn't like My Sassy Princess for that reason. I skipped a lot of episodes. She seems somewhat smart, but she was just not what I like as a female lead at all. I hated Crystal Yuan in that role. You need to watch her in Listening Snow Tower. Now that is a great series. Strong female driven lead.

For most part I agree with you, but she has experienced a few negatives. The way they treated her with the RV project and again when Qiu stole her thermos cup project that she worked with Max on. Let's not forget she did choose the high road when that one LP wanted to put his money straight into Ms. Liu's appliance project vs going through Eaglestone Capital.

So I wouldn't say she hasn't come across some negatives to overcome and after all, granted her ex boss was really negative to her, he did pull a few strings, but for the most part this was all her hard work.

I think she is quite smart and hardworking, that's why I struggle with her being what I feel like submissive to the 2ML and caving when he said to give their relationship a try. Also, the fact she is taking way to long to say enough of this relationship when there are so many red flags.

I am right there with ya. It makes zero sense when they have showed us how smart and capable she is in the business world, but they are painting her as dumb and clueless in her social/personal life.

I am having some issues as well. Like double posting or it continues to load, etc. It tells me a lot of the time Something went wrong. It comes and goes.

I want it to get back to the investment part, the part where she is trying to work her way up the ladder. I love where she works with these companies to make them achieve their goals as well as her own. I love her interactions with her current company and other LP's. All this side drama with the 2ML and her best friend's issues are really dragging the show down.

Why did SWR even suggest to go visit LJM's father? That makes no sense to me. He may know LJM, but only a little bit, not enough to warrant going to visit LJM's father in the hospital. That scene was a little uncomfortable to me.

and got one pregnant. I can't believe he bought a big house for that one and then complained to his girlfriend of several years that she spends to much and he is just trying to work hard so he can buy what she wants. He was putting the break up all on her. What a jerk.

Thats exactly how i feel. She did amazing work to make herself an investment manager and now she is doing a crappy job in her personal life. It seems very contrary.

Yes this last episode 26 she finds out.

She was good in Dance of the Phoenix, but I mainly watched it for Xu Kai Cheng. I haven't seen any of her other stuff.

so many red flags, I thought NM was smart enough to see all that. I guess not so smart when it comes to her own relationships.

I am so disappointed in her that she caved to him and told him that she would date him. She clearly wasn't ready and she told him that and he pressured her. She was trying to focus on her career and now they added this unhealthy relationship which is going to do her more harm than good. I can't wait til she leaves him either, I hope it is really soon.

That's the same with Nobel Aspirations, I will always call it as Legend of the Chusen, not sure which is the English translation. Also, I prefer call Eternal Love (the one I actually like with Yang Mi), Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms or TMOPB.

I usually only get to the top 10 or so at a time, so I know I miss some. But I check often through the day. I love reading these comments.
