I don’t think they do not talk, they know they each have their own predicaments and do not want to burden the other and their parents too. I love that they come together when they find out. Xiang Qian is the rational one, Xiang Zhong is hot you first talk later lol, and Xiang Nan is the strong headed and won’t take a beating down

This is such a heartwarming drama which I think most people have a similar real life connection and a story to tell in each of the characters and circumstances. Great casting & acting, well paced and a reality connection for me. You don’t hear much here if it a HE or BE unlike most costume dramas because this is what life and human nature is about. Some of these category good dramas deserves a 9 if not 8+

Gai Ping is a real sleaze and such a wimp.  Both Gao Ping and Li Shu deserves each other and a match made in heaven ! Hong Bin is a pig a true blue male chauvinist ! Hai Yang is as good as you can get. I am actually rooting for Xiang Zhong to make a u-turn.
