Ep 5 ending was delicious <3 I can't wait the whole week for the next episode... whyyyy...

Honestly YX is my favourite character in this series, he had really impressive character development, and I think that if he actually "get the girl" his story will have weaker impact (on me at least). I'm under really big impression of his acting and I can't wait to be able to see him in next series.

For all people who downrated this series only because he's 2ML: guys, did you even see this show? He deliver. He crash this character. He definitely play with us and ours feeling and I'm sure he's proud of himself. I cry like ugly baby when girls was reading letters from him + the emperor shaking voice 👌🏻

I give the last episodes slightly lower ratings because this looks like they cut at least 2 episodes 🤣😅 but Winwin definitely isn't reason for that.

I started watching this for Zhan Zhao, but I definitely like Bai Yu Tang even more <3 All of his scenes are 10/10 :)

Just started watching, but is it told in the series what's the age difference between the FL and ML? (I know the real actors age but asking about the character)

I just feel that this series will be: angst, hurt with just a little comfort, grape and romantizing crossing the boundaries, double layers of cutie bottom, freak top, depression, crying boys with feelings and finally at the top of pilles of hurt there will be unreasonable happy ending...

still, can't wait to watch this series. CBL ale just too good to skip even if they are freak...

True, I wish that in the option where we are going to persuade emperor we had more options about what to say to him + I would like to try to give the Princess chance to see with Little Fool again (even if he will later be killed) just to be able to say their goodbyes 😭😅 Why we weren't able to tell her that "yea, we do our best trying to save that damn Monk, but he decided to give up, we even put the prince in the trouble..." ehh...

Yea, in the novel it was probably better shown in the latest chapters that FX was really traumatized (after his mother d3ath), his family was "enemies field" for him and for the most of the time he was preparing to destroy his family soo in Thailand he was always "looking over his shoulder" so he wasn't able to be close to anyone and his only friend was Shi Lihua (which was kind send to FX to become his friend by his grandfather who was trying to secure is this way their families bond) and personally, from my point of view, FX was demisexual (so he need to first feel something emotionally and only then he start to feel the physical desire) soo "hoking up with girls" wasn't really something that he can do 🤭😅

It wasn't told directly, but yeah, his first kiss was with YSL (when YSL was drugged by Shi Lihua). 🫣

In the novel (same as in the series) after/during their first night together FX clearly confess to YSL that this was his first time (idk. of you want to know that. but FX is Top and during their first night he was "fast shooter" and YSL try to comfort him telling that "this wasn't that fast, that this was average experience etc." and FX will confess to him then that this was his first time, and that he was to exited "he wasn't earlier with no-one else, to even with woman" so this was the reason why he end that fast 🤭) 🫣

I think that he was getting a lot of technical information but never try to do it in practice 🤣😅 But it's made his character even more interesting, don't you think? 🫣

Well, FX is in this moment in his "reject" era, he's not ready to think about himself as a gay, and trying to find Zhen Zhen attractive (he will put him in the same situations as YSL will be in the next episodes and trying to "made his body react" 😏🫣) but later he will understand that he's into You Shulang not just into men. This wasn't told in the series but I think that Fan Xiao actually was demisexual.

Is this just me or os it the biggest scam of 2026? Why they give this drama title "rebirth" if no-one get actually rebirthed 🤣🤣😅

ok, huh there's different story with Lu Bowen 🫣 soo I don't remember if this was told in the series but Lu Bowen was married to a woman before he realised that he's gay, so after that he get divorced, but he realised that he was a gay because his ex wife young brother (he was into the younger brother but he was to young so Lu Bowen run from this feeling but the little brother was following him and same as FX was observing Lu Bowen and YSL when they were couple) 🤭 FX and the little brother "cooperated" to everyone get what they want 😏 and after FX and YSL get together there wasn't interactions between FX and Lu Bowen but FX was thinking about him as a "good guy" he wasn't really against YSL and Lu Bowen being together but after YSL as the first one go to FX to get him again as his boyfriend FX will never allow him to be close to Lu Bowen. This wasn't shown in the series but I guess that we can figure it out 🫣

Yes, Anna appears in the novel (as I wrote in the first comment) at the end, the series didn't go that far, it's happening after FX and YSL become couple again. And while she say that FX have to become her husband (I don't remember which words she used but it was something like that FX have repay her for something that she do something to help him in the past so he now have to do it for her so they will be equal) but she never says that she like him or have feelings to him.

and yes, after getting out off prison, after some time of different struggles, and rebuilding his own life (FX was in prison for 3 month, later for another time he was chasing by bad guys, and later he was protected by police, later he return to China and was rebuilding his own company etc. but at the same time he was observing You Shulang), Fan Xiao return to again get You Shulang (but this time he was acting slower, more determined and with clear direction) 😏

Anna was like "old friend" of Fan Xiao and Shi Lihua. FX was saying that both of them are the same type of people (bad people) and that they both are going to end in hell.

She appear in person at the end of novel and demand Fan Xiao to marry her just to get ride of her ex boyfriend because he become little obsesed of her but she know that (the ex boyfriend) was a "good person" and while she was using him (for money and connections), he actually fall for her, so You Shulang say that he will be the one who marry her (because he was jealous of FX and Anna), but FX didn't allow that, and after all they made Anna get with he ex :P

So yea, she was appering more like "there is a girl I know", and she was model/actress something like that (FX propose Xue Bao Tian that he will made arrangement for him to met with Anna so he will get on himself the blame for drugging and molestation You Shulang get)...
