I haven't seen Double Mints, but I just finished this and I can tell you that this is very dark. It's quite explicit. If you cannot take seeing physical abuse (also towards women and a child) and sa (it includes prostitution which one of the main characters was in when he was a child) then don't watch it. It doesn’t show him as a child actually doing the act (because ofc they would never film such a thing), but you do see him sitting on the bed with an older man/woman before it is done. It was a good series, but I can understand it can be triggering.

Seeing Typhoon and Tonfah for the first time in one of the first episodes for a few seconds already had me wanting to watch their story so bad. Now seeing them again in episode 15 I am so curious about them and Arthit x Dao (since we literally got 0 interactions from them). Can anyone who has read the novels summarise both couples' stories? I hope they do get the funds for a season 2, but since we're not sure I really need to know 😭

Don’t worry it just takes time after pilots release. I personally think that’s better tbh. Also heard that the producer said he wanted to focus on the quality of the series rather than speedrun the production to release it asap. Having read the novel they’d definitely need the budget to make this look good so who knows when they’ll start. The main CP has been doing events and such I saw on twitter. The Next Prince is starting their production now so they might wait till that’s done idk

Started out great and then became awful when Peak became the center of the show. I did not like him from the start and they completely ruined this fun show with the Peak and Jane bs. Such wasted potential 😢

Yeah I try to ignore the ratings at this point, cause I might miss some gems because of it
