Can you tell me about the relationship between cream and the 2ml who she is supposed to marry. Are there any romantic…
She didn't fake suicide, she really wanted to take her own life to go and be with che kai on the other side of the world but when she was drowning she was saved by some swimmers. It's just no one knew that she was saved and for 3 yrs she didn't meet or inform 2ml about herself.
Why he did that ? He was tiered . Have you ever lived with sb who constantly get sth from you and never give back…
I don't think she didn't value him. She knew that she had put him through so much suffering that finally he was unable to bear and burst out that's why when he came back to mend their relationship she refused, maybe harshly but honestly. And I think a large part of him felt guilty for bursting out at her that's why he came back.
Idk if you know the mentality of a sick person is worse and it keeps getting more worse the more sick you are, especially cancer and the treatment on cancer drains the energy of the patient and the pain takes away rationality. When a person is sick and throws a fit we who are healthy might find them unreasonable but we can never imagine what they are going through cause we are healthy, especially when a person is suffering both physically and mentally due to their sickness. I have seen it happen in my family to my close relative so I know how it is. And also people are not 'depressed' because they are not trying hard enough to overcome it, being in a supportive surrounding doesn't magically help you overcome depression cause when your mind refuses to listen to you no matter how hard you or others around you try there's always a reason to become depressed again. 'she should try to overcome and help herself if others around her are being so supportive' no bro that's not how it works when your brain doesn't listen to you. Having supportive and understanding people around you does makes a person suffering from depression feel relief but that doesn't cure depression. The people suffering from depression have to take things with their own time and pace. Especially the depression of cancer patient is complex and is affected by many factors, scientifically for most of the cancer patients it take five yrs for them to overcome depression and their mental health to be back on normal level after cancer treatment, 3 yrs aren't enough.
From what I know, to the people who are ill the most painful thing is being a burden on others. They can't do anything about their illness so they start feeling sorry, embarassed, inferior because they are being a burden on someone which makes them sensitive towards smallest things so if the person opposite to them really admits one day that they are indeed being a burden then they would be like 'I would rather die than being a burden on you again' and as seok ryu's illness having chance of recurring she definitely wouldn't want to be a burden on her fiance again. She didn't discard him like a trash, she just kept her distance and made a clean break even though she loved and cared about him. She didn't want him to be miserable because of her.
Also accompanying your loved ones in their darkest time at the expense of your own happiness or business is not sacrifice in my opinion. It's a voluntary and subconscious act because you care deeply enough to give priority and not be able to ignore their pain. I think it's also because seok ryu realised that her fiance was actually enduring her sickness and cancelling his plans rather than voluntarily wanting to stay with her because of her illness that made her feel hurt and not want to be a burden on him again.
I have completed watching it but I still keep thinking about seon ho's lines when he said 'These days I keep seeing aurora everywhere' which is honestly so romantic that I literally melted!ðŸ˜
Sometimes there are very awkward moments in this drama, as if the actors were behaving like 10-year-olds. When…
I think it's because of the series being japanese tv production the story is entirely japanese style. Honestly I don't see fl being any different from the japanese fls from other series even though she is korean other than her speaking korean from time to time.
I love both actors, and loved all the travel bits. but I was mainly just so confused what the conflict was, and…
I think it was because she wanted to take some time off before starting a relationship she would never break or be anxious about. As he said at the start of their relationship that they were 'bound to break up eventually', I think she did not wanted to continue the relationship where they were 'bound to break up'. I think she wanted to be completely fine before starting a relationship with positivity.
I really liked the series cause it has something happening in every ep. FL falls in love too easily towards a man who showed kindness to a stranger like her but she fears that if she falls hard then she won't be able to stand up again so she keeps running away again and again, she becomes more concerned about how she is making him feel cause she is falling deeper for him and the ML whose family is complicated just wants to protect and live in his own world, he doesn't want to stir up trouble for others and doesn't want anyone to stir up trouble for him but he is too kind to look away from the stranger who caused chaos in his world but who is also very pitiful and miserable, the calm and cool headed him finds himself driven insane by her. I liked the way he gets to meet dorami and the time they spent together. I also liked the way they wrapped up the series in the end. It wasn't just about plot but I liked seon ho and youn jung's acting too. Anyways, I felt happy and satisfied after watching this series.
Maybe you have never been a fan of an idol or maybe you are a delusional one too that's why you aren't being able to see such a simple point. Also I never said anything about preying I was just talking about the mentality of some fans behind those harassments. Anyways I'm tired of writing long explanations too so yeah whatever.
Are you arguing just for the sake of arguing? Since you didn't understand my point let me give you an example. As you are watching this series you must have seen the two stalker girls in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd ep where they initially claimed that they loved him a lot and wanted to take care of him, just like these both there are many many delusional fans who goes through any length just to make their idol notice them, they believe that if they do the things like what those girls did their idol will eventually fall in love with them. They spent money to meet him, stalked him, entered his house thinking that they had a chance with him but on the other hand female lead actually got a chance to be close with her idol but she never thought and never had any intention of making him fall in love with her, given his situation where no one trusted him and he started trusting her she could have easily gotten close to him intentionally but she didn't cause she respected his feelings. I was talking about the difference between those stalker fans and the fans like female lead who respects her idol as a person and wants him to be happy. An idol and a fan can date but there are boundaries between them that should never be crossed unless wanting to be like those stalker girls. If every fan starts crossing these boundaries then the life of that idol would be like living hell. It's up to him to decide whom he wants to date. Female lead respects that boundary and in the end they didn't date each other as an idol and fan but dated each other like do laik and sena.
See I told you that you missed the point. He can be with a fan of even with a man if he is happy. It's not like he can date all of his fans so what I said is I'm happy that female lead represents the fans who feels happy seeing her idol being happy and didn't take advantage of her idol's vulnerable situation like some saeseng fans would do. There are many fans out there who wishes nothing but the happiness of their idol from afar. They give their blessings from afar no matter who their idol date if it means that he is happy.
Of course he can date whoever he wants. What I appreciate is the female lead not taking advantage of his vulnerable situation and actively getting close to him because of being his fangirl. There are many fans who only wish for their idol to be happy, wants to see them grow, see them date whoever they want and just be happy from afar. But there are also so many delusional fans who thinks that they have a chance if they get into contact with their idol. There are crazy fans who follow the idols around thinking that their idol will eventually fall in love with them if they keep appearing infront of their idol. So I appreciate the way female lead represents the fangirls who only wish for their idol's happiness and that's how the love of fan should be.
No matter how the murder plot doesn't make sense etc but I appreciate the way she didn't actively pursue him as his fangirl. I mean I appreciate the message of wanting to see your idol being happy from far away.
I'm not anti-therapy, I have had therapy, but it isn't culturally appropriate for everyone. Not everyone who has…
I agree with you as an asian. I think western people don't think that encouraging someone to seek therapy is something bad (and if it does help it's not bad) but in Asia if someone keeps insisting the other person to seek therapy then it actually has the opposite effect rather than making the person who is suffering feel like they are getting support and care from the person who is insisting.
Why is the rating of this series lower than I expected? I want to know what the people that are watching this series think about it. Please do tell if it's worth watching?
