I was disappointed too of course, but he really wants to know about his parents.
1. And also, you could see that he chose a public area to bring him that it would be safe as possible.
2. He also gave a CLEAR warning to Vegas what would happen if he would try anything with Pete again.
3. Porsche noticed that there was something something going on because Pete did not say it was Vegas who did it, but Porsche knew.
4. Porsche was trying NOT to keep the "bargain" as you could see he tried to leave before Vegas could ask about it.

It was shitty what he did, but what happened to his parents torments him and that he does not know really who to trust. And in the episode we actually saw that he has every right to be suspicious.

It was just the emotion behind it too. It felt like Porsche also did it like for a goodbye. That he did not know if he could be with Kinn again. 😩
