Just went back to check this out since looking too re-read novels and wow I did not expect " Tomb of the Sea" to receive hopefully second season, but damn if I don't hope for it because the gap between leaving Gate & popping back in is just jarring.
Watched Reunion after watching Ultimate Note. The Wu Xie in UN seems so 'harmless' compared to the Wu Xie here…
Yeah... one extremely bad thing about these book adaptions for is the inconsistency in adaptions or even the order they come out the closes Wu Xie you could tie Wu Xie we have here is from Tomb of the Sea (2018) - he legit goes off rails in that adaption , and it is hmm right before they go to pick Zhang after 10 years period. Probably best comparison in wtf is even going on whats structure of anything would be with Fate series. Maybe in some years but far far future we will get reboots in order that makes sense and.. with consistent cast would be 10/10 but sadly it will most likely will never happen :(
During the "timeline" of this movie Xiao was behind the gate - taking place instead of Wu Xie in guardian said gate for 10 years. Just near the end Fatty & Wu Xie are going to "pick" him back up because during there that time it is reaching very close to end of said 10 years.
was it really necessary to kill of so many characters. ive tried to watch it again and only am on episode 16 and…
Probably because by now its obvious that there wont be another season , its been handful of years and even different adaptions have been slow , so most likely getting rid of characters was an a good way too prevent of confusion because their story lines could not be fully explored not enough time for it.
I am a new follower of the series and I cannot find clear information about the books. Did the author continue…
short warning if you were to buy books translated into english especially very first ones.. it is rough work - unsure because of poor translation perhaps or simply was not given enough time to get it done properly - it does get better down the line tho but first book..it can be something
This is one Korean Movie that made me cry , because it was just so good / emotional - Kim is for 100% sure one of the best actors from Korea, none of his movies / dramas I have seen were not well made - acted.
Unsure why this needed second season first one ended off just fine & kinda iffy about having another one coming out now with different characters as well.. while main one/s are just guests
I'd never even heard of him before last week but I'm watching Pinnochio now and his performance is mesmerizing.…
enjoy! he is one of korean actors that legit has been in dramas that are all good at least from my viewing none of them had flopped or didnt feel interesting
The drama itself was really nice for me too watch, but with all different opportunities it could have chosen I do feel like something just feels left out / rushed. Still would recommend it to people and might re-watch it some day myself again.
I don't mind Sci-Fi myself if he picks interesting roles. I would rather prefer something different then romance filled dramas that are consistently rained upon us. I feel like more serious dramas etc would suit him.

It is nice drama btw, just name always cracks me up
Lee Hyun Wook play a bad character ;__; this man need some main lead roles!
