Eyes closeup was HYX, she has very unique light brown eyes, you can immediately make out it was HYX. In the next scene immediately after that, when she pulls the ML towards her, you can see in the closeup that it was her eyes.

It has a similar vibe to older xianxias like Ashes of Love and Liu Li but the story setting is different and more comedy heavy in the beginning....now the angsty part will begin
I think I will stop watching for now and get back to it once the first wave of angst and sadness is over and we begin mortal lifetimes.
