I loved everything about this drama♡ except the final episode...ML did not deserve to suffer and be blamed of…
Exactly. Hated the doctor and how much blame the family laid at our blameless MLs feet. And SML, who actually took part in the problem, was given a free pass. Made no sense to me.
3rd try was the charm. Ended up really liking it. 8.5/10. Kim Dong Wook sold me on this drama after loving him in Find Me in Your Memory. Similar vibe. A slow-paced, healing drama with a lot of warm feels.
Like I say in my post below, I liked the show, it's beatiful and totally recommended. But FL was terrible at the…
I 100% agree. I kept thinking, "Wasn't all of this already 'fate'?" I hate that some dramas think a break-up/separation is required when it's obviously not.
I really liked this and ended up loving all of the couples, even if the ending was a little bit of a let down. Definitely deserves to be ranked among the hidden gems.
I kept putting this off. I even went as far as removing it completely from my PTW list before finally giving in (medical dramas are kind of my jam). Giving in was such a smart move. Very good. 9.5/10

I'm glad the romance worked for you. I also appreciate relationships where misunderstandings are bypassed by communication. Since romance wasn't the main point of the drama, I was able to finish and enjoy the show. However, for me, the actress (not necessarily the character) came across as young, inexperienced, and lacking some depth. It made the romance angle feel off. And that's just my opinion as a mature viewer.
The multiple love prospect angle is kinda the premise of the whole show tbh. You'll have to watch it to get what I mean, but there are really only 2 major contenders. It's been a minute since I've seen it, but from what I remember there is some reservation on her part accepting her partner.
I loved the ML in this. I think he (the actor) brings the chemistry with him wherever he goes.
It was more reverse-haremesque than love triangle. I'm not a fan of love triangles, but I wasn't overly annoyed with the love rivals (there was only ever one obvious choice). It helped that it's a little shorter than typical dramas, too.
This was much more than I expected. Not only did it have some genuinely funny, laugh-out-loud moments, it was also a very sweet love story between our ML and FL (who I actually liked). And Zhang Xin Cheng (Steven) did such a phenomenal job in his role. I honestly thought he was more her than she was at times.
Definitely earlier than him lol. Um, maybe like Ep 3/4 or so? It's actually been a little while since I've watched it. But you know these historicals are always all about secrets one way or another.
I mean, yeah, it takes him a bit. He grows his relationship/feelings with her first as his eunuch. I thought it made the romance aspect so much better.

As for the SML, they end up making him basically a crazy person the last 6 episodes of the show.
