Sweet, adorable love story after dealing a long struggle for both career and love... It's my 1st Asian drama of 90's and I enjoyed every second of it.. I'm glad i watched it... 9/10 from me .
I like to watch army/ military movies/ tv shows... But as it is also army themed drama don't know if I'll feel the same as I've no idea about China's politics/ patriotic events...

I only watched 1st ep of part one. Didn't like FL's acting. Badly wanted to watch a horror drama but after reading the reviews i think it's very bad idea😐

Same... Just for Cheng yi and Xianxia i watched this... I skipped after every 5 min... They're talking too slow and the subtitles were also too small to read... It took me 5months to finish...🥱 (I finished Love and Redemption & Till the end of the moon in 1 week) I just came to check if I'm the only one who find it dialogue heavy and boring..☹️
I don't like republican era dramas but still tried because of espionage theme... but couldn't watch more than 4 ep and then dropped it... It was really long and slow paced.
