I read a few, was lucky to find about 3 at first that were good. Then I follwed recommendations from others and it was as if that was the end of a good a/b/o story. They were horrible degrading and traumatising. I stopped reading them whether in manhwa or novels and I never looked back.

Exactly this. So many immature minds watching BLs. *No shade to anyone in particular * but this is what it is. Then when you respond, they tell you they are entitled to their opinions and that their preference for what they like to watch matters. I'm not saying they shouldn't wonder in their minds about who does whom when they start a new show but not everything should be written online everywhere. So damn offensive. Like who cares? Just watch the damn show. Being tiny, soft or calm doesn't mean a guy can't be strong minded or be a protector. It doesn't mean they need to be protected at all time or that they need a big burly guy to protect them and treat them like their limbs are invalid or something. Even someone with a disability would like to be treated like a normal person, talk more of BL characters. Being big, aggressive, burly or assertive doesn't mean they are the "leader" in a relationship or something. We humans have a brain and we have things we are good at. Those things and our personality doesn't define what we like to do in bed. I'm tired of educating people and I wish they'll stop perpetuating these stereotypes to new BL watchers.
