I understand. Not everyone is comfortable with blood. I do it so often that it's become a part of me and I don't blink when doing it. But if say, I move to another Specialty and don't do it for a while, I'll get rusty and won't be as confident.

Yeah. I do hope they don't. I'm not usually one to oppose to things and I like to give things a chance but Mpreg is one of the things I can't stand in omegaverse. It feels like they're trying hard to erase females and their roles from existence, throw in a female being able to impregnate another female (this is rare though. Most omegaverse are BL stories). I don't know about you, but there's only so much I can take no matter how progressive or open-minded I am.

Yeah. I personally would have preferred a human with supernatural traits since there won't be omegaverse in the show. But how did people conclude this is an omegavere? Did the producers say that? Or did MDL just assumed the show has omegaverse due to the original novel and they decided to add omegaverse to the tags? Because if it's so, then the tag is misleading.

Oh? That's interesting. Absorbing implies that he will gradually take away a person's powers, but mirroring is just replicating what he sees. If he mirrors, does he retain the ability he replicated or it fades the moment he leaves where the original owner is?🤔. I have questions!

It's the same for almost every BL. It's like the moment there's a side couple, the main couple get ignored. Somehow, the main couple are perceived as boring. I don't know about others but I barely even like side couples. If a show is about a main couple, I focus on them. They will demand for the side couple to have their own show but the moment their wish is granted, they again focus on the side couple in the new show🤣
Word of advice, don't worry about the omegaverse tag. It looks like the screen writers/producers have their own ideas. Just see this show as a supernatural show. Contrary to all the excitement we've had in this page the past several days about the omegaverse tag, the show might go in an entirely different direction. You might be in for a very big surprise even if you are familiar with omegaverse. Remember, writers owns their verse and they can do what they want with it.

I have never heard of any alpha that can absorb powers, even though I don't really read omegaverse. I suspect the screen writers took bits and pieces from here and there to make their own plot.
If Charlie can absorb powers, I wonder if he can transfer it back? Secondly, since he can absorb, can he like absorb from an enemy and bestow the power to someone close to him? Thirdly, can he actually use the power he absorbed as if it were his own?
Absorbent mixed with transference, perhaps? Sorry I'm going off here cos I'm so excited.😄
