Which I also think is BS. Apparently, everyone needs a redemption arc. The only redemption arc I wanted for Boston is him actually learning how to recognise and value friendship, discipline and boundaries. Sometimes, that is more important than romance. For some reason, it seems like he cares that his friends don't want him anymore which means deep down, he wants to be around them. So I wouldn't mind if he learns to appreciate friendship whether with his current friends or any other new friends he makes in the future.
