I have tried to watch this series severally but always find myself bored and dropping it at episode 2; repeatedly. Yet I've seen great reviews about it. Maybe it's just me who can't seem to get into it.
It's a very gray area, like you said we haven't seen enough to come to a conclusion. To me it does look like an…
Yeah. He's self destructive certainly. But being reckless might not be entirely related to drinking. He seem to do reckless things when he's frustrated. He might be on his way to addiction but at the moment, he's not. I see so many addicts everyday, that's why it's hard for me to call Ray that.
So been thinking. Is Ray actually an addict or just a drunk and a habitual drug user? What's interesting 🤔though is that I haven't seen him have any withdrawal syndrome, or maybe it's because he hasn't stopped long enough to exhibit them? He's smart and has the capacity to make his decisions, and contrary to what most thinks, he can read people well. Aside from having a history of being depress and suicidal, he does not currently seem to entertain the idea, but that makes him predispose to it. Genuinely curious..
Yeah, I was looking forward to Mew but then I was like what's happening? Ray is a red flag just like literally…
Ehm, I'm not sure even Sand can keep Ray in check and stop hik from drinking or taking drugs. That's just wistful thinking. Heck, no one can stop Ray except Ray himself. Last episode, Ray literally stoned himself after he was rescued from the police, after Cheum chewed his ass off and despite Sand's insistent warning. His friends have tried for years and he didn't stop. Just because Sand tells him to stop drinking doesn't mean he listens. He's a habitual drinker. What's interesting 🤔though is that I haven't seen him have any withdrawal syndrome, or maybe it's because he hasn't stopped long enough to exibit them. Just like Mew is an adult and decided to take to drugs and alcohol, Ray is one as well and has to consciously make a decision to try to change. But I suspect he wouldn't until something terrible happens to him or a loved one. Is Ray actually an addict or just a habitual drinker?
I mean, a lot of times it does go that way? But people never pick the second guy. But also I need Daddy Dan to…
Don't get it twisted. They are about to feed us sweer Sand-Ray moment of loving on Saturday and I don't know how anyone can enjoy that. Scratch that! Their shippers will. Let's just get ready😀
I'm lowkey living for Boston in the recent episodes. Like yes, he's still an asshole, always has been, but he's…
If they constantly berrated him for being promiscuous, Boston constantly berrated his friends too. He did berrate Ray constantly by calling him a burden right from ep 1. He also berrates Mew by implying that his boring, just because Mew is a virgin. He's literally one of those who was on Mew's case to get a bf and break his virginity. This is how friendship works. I don't think there's any group of friends who don't mock or laugh at each other sometimes. Or are there friends who only ever exchanges sweet words? Saying he's disinterested because of this would make him a hypocrite, No?
Is this blaming Mew for people cheating on him? Ray has never cheated before so no evidence.
Yeah. I know what Ray is doing..I'm not defending him. I'm speaking on behalf of Mew that Ray has never cheated before and Mew views him as the only constant in his life who has ever only loved him and never betrayed him, hence, he decides to give him a chance. How was Mew to know that Ray will run after someone else, after the way Ray went off on Top? It's not like Mew can see everything going on around him the way the viewers does.
If the writers actually want to create more drama, they should make Daddy Dan a really good guy who is everything Boston isn't. That way, we'll see if Nick struggles to let go of his obsession for Boston. But I bet it'll go the usual way in dramas.. Daddy Dan will have something wrong with him and Nick will need Boston to save him from the bad guy.🤔
Maybe it's just me who can't seem to get into it.
What do you think of when you hear "Engineering" and "boys" in one sentence? 😆🙃
How about Architecture and boys?
