Yeah. He's self destructive certainly. But being reckless might not be entirely related to drinking. He seem to do reckless things when he's frustrated. He might be on his way to addiction but at the moment, he's not. I see so many addicts everyday, that's why it's hard for me to call Ray that.
So been thinking. Is Ray actually an addict or just a drunk and a habitual drug user? What's interesting 🤔though is that I haven't seen him have any withdrawal syndrome, or maybe it's because he hasn't stopped long enough to exhibit them? He's smart and has the capacity to make his decisions, and contrary to what most thinks, he can read people well. Aside from having a history of being depress and suicidal, he does not currently seem to entertain the idea, but that makes him predispose to it. Genuinely curious..

Ehm, I'm not sure even Sand can keep Ray in check and stop hik from drinking or taking drugs. That's just wistful thinking. Heck, no one can stop Ray except Ray himself. Last episode, Ray literally stoned himself after he was rescued from the police, after Cheum chewed his ass off and despite Sand's insistent warning. His friends have tried for years and he didn't stop. Just because Sand tells him to stop drinking doesn't mean he listens. He's a habitual drinker. What's interesting 🤔though is that I haven't seen him have any withdrawal syndrome, or maybe it's because he hasn't stopped long enough to exibit them. Just like Mew is an adult and decided to take to drugs and alcohol, Ray is one as well and has to consciously make a decision to try to change.
