The show is pointing all signs to the doctor making him the obvious killer but I think there is an explanation for doc and the nurse's suspicious behaviour. Could the director be the killer? Or is the fact that the doctor is being obvious deliberately done to throw us off him as the lead suspect?π€

Sometimes, I feel like some people aren't mentally mature enough to watch shows like this because they don't understand what the show is about and then, they start complaining even though the plot is glaringly obvious. Worse, when you try to guide them, they either fight you or insult you.
