No. None of Jane's actions with Peak is that of a loving fiancee. Jane asked him for helped to get Peak to face his family and get rid of a problem which they haven't clearly stated but she did hint at Thanwa that she wasn't worried about Peak being interested in him. She then tried to tell Thanwa all of Peak's likes and dislikes before telling him she and Peak are like siblings. There is no romantic partner that I know of that will describe the relationship between them and their lover as "siblings ". Trouble is, Thanwa is to preoccupied with the feelings of guilt. She then proceeded to tell him all of Peak's dietary requirements, likes and dislikes. Why will she waste that energy on a competitor if she's trying to tell Thanwa she wants Peak to go back home with her to get married?

💯. This is what I think too but I fear that people are blaming Jane for not mentioning that "she wants Peak to go back to call off the wedding ". I don't think Thanwa misunderstood them. I think Thanwa just wants Peak to do something hence he took himself out of the equation.
