I could never understand women who feel the need to hide their relationship and family. there’s nothing wrong with privacy. but the difference between private and secret is: with privacy people are aware you’re in a relationship (married or just dating). you don’t feel the need to overshare anything that happens in your life. with a secret relationship no one knows your significant other exists or you have a family. you portray yourself as single and don’t mention your status. I’m a private person by nature I don’t publicly show my significant other but on social media and in certain friend circles and they are aware of my relationship status. the only way they get a peek into my life is if you see my out and about with him. I even do the same with my family I never post them but people know who they are cause I talk about them.
