2024 Challenge

2025 Challenge

In 2025, I didn’t want to take on one challenges like previously. Instead, I wanted to change how I watch dramas. My intention was to enjoy dramas more calmly and intentionally, watching them one at a time and without rushing. I wanted dramas to stay fun and something I look forward to, while also taking better care of my daily life. That’s how my Healthy Drama Challenge was born.
The goals were:

• No more than 40 dramas for the whole year → (41/40)

• No more than 20 movies for the whole year → (1/20)

• Not watching 2 whole series in 1 week →✅

• Dropping series that feel like a chore →✅

• Avoid forwarding scenes and series →❌

In the end, I finished 41 dramas, 6 movies and 1 reality show.
This helped me slow down, enjoy each story more fully, and be more intentional with my watching habits. It’s a small change, but one that made my drama time feel much more meaningful this year.
