I feel sorry for YD. She being a single mom after 3 months is over is gonna be hard in her. She’s seeing first hand how that’s affecting her niece. Young Soon’s character is someone you wanna hate yet you feel sorry for. You love her but also putty her. As a mother, everything she ever did for Kang Ho was deeply rooted in fear of loosing him(like she did with her family & husband) and regret. She did the best she could with what she had available and knew. Ep7 when she told Kang Ho why she never let him go on school trips. It may sound ridiculous but it was valid. At least to her situation. The day her family were leaving for her father’s company picnic…she made gimbap. They died a few feet away from where she was. Then her husband same thing. All this to say for her making gimbap is more like a death omen.

Ep10 trailer when KH says, “ the moment Chairman Sing adopted me. She became a stranger to me” I wanna know what he means by that
