I’m surprised they’re not the ones related! After all they’re both in the same boat. Thinking that YW’s dad is intentionally trying to ruin her life/career/reputation. She’s doing that on her own cause when it comes out that she had a child while in university, which she gladly and willingly abandoned just to pursue her dream her reputation will be in shambles and the public will turn against her. Yup!! Even my mom does that. At my old job sometimes I’d have some odd working hours and since I was an event manager and the. Only person with access to the building they used for the events I’d need to be there to open up the place and lock up(and this was because there’d been previous incidents of things going missing from the storage room) she would sometimes get upset over how late I’m working and how it’s not safe as a female. Honestly I understood her but I never had a problem with it and had to keep reminding her to stop projecting her feelings.

Definitely and as a lawyer you win some you loose some. I definitely knew he wouldn’t get off with this because 1) the way it’s viewed publicly a relationship between a disabled and non-disabled person isn’t really looked at too kindly 2) although the “victim” claimed to be in a relationship with him her statement given was otherwise and my guess was she’d been told to say that by her mom(which was later confirmed when she was speaking to YW and said her mom coached her into saying that he assaulted her). And that made me upset cause they’re parents who have disabled kids yet they’re more danger to them that the world is. I say this because I’ve seen it first hand how they feel as if they’re the only people with their child’s best interest at heart and would coarse their kids into feeling like the victim in any situation. I like what YW told her. Despite your disability you have a right to fall in love with whoever and make your own decisions. It shouldn’t be taken away from you disability or no disability you get to choose

Yeah. Which is something natural cause I do know from the very beginning she felt a way about YW due to her always being at the top without even trying. But what I loved about Soo Yeon was that she didn’t treat her badly or try to get back at her unlike Minwoo. Even if she didn’t like it she still treated YW fairly

Choi Soo Yeon is the friend we all need in our lives/corners! There's a reason why WYW gave her the nickname spring sunshine! Her lovingly scolding WYW after the crap Minwoo posted made me tear up. She literally defended her and scolded her when YoungWoo tried to explain that her autism is the reason why she never got a chance. And the way Soo Yeon got upset hat her, for me showed that she cares and sees beyond YW 's disability. She views her as she'd view anyone else. It's friends like these that are hard to come by. She knows YW is far smarter than she and even though it seems she dislikes the whale talk, she's still a true friend to her helping in whatever way she can.

Exactly he’s used to having his ego stroked and crushing anyone who dared challenge him. And now the WYW is in the picture he, he feels emasculated which to me is very stupid. Because how can you feel threatened by someone else’s abilities? It should rather bring it your competitive nature and drive to be better and push yourself

I used to work on the British Army Base that’s stationed in my country and the only way I got hired was because my uncle was stationed here at that time and he’s a high ranking official so that job was mine. Even though I still applied and my application was rejected and when I told my uncle about it the same day the lady called me saying she made a mistake 😅 and that I should come in for an interview. Now imagine if I didn’t have that kind of force behind me I would stay with a rejected application

Yup in every kdrama you see someone using their influence/power/family name/money to get somewhere now granted I understand that dramas are a bit exaggerated for enjoyment purposes but from every exaggeration stems a bit of truth to it. And I believe that SK, just like any other country nepotism is embedded into its society/culture. No matter how qualified and capable you may be pertaining to a job position once you don’t have a financial backer or have strings you can pull…you’re done for literally. It’s a sad reality but that’s the case. And even though I don’t like admitting this we all need nepotism to get us somewhere in life granted don’t depend on it but to get you a job etc… pull that string because I’ve seen it first hand. Those who don’t have that connection you’ll be stuck for a while and circled around until they decide if they want you.

same here. In my country step into the law scene and everybody knows everybody. My neighbors are lawyers half of my family are lawyers, in my church, there are like 2 lawyers, etc... there're certain jobs were in order for you to get you to need that connection so I don't understand him. Because that field is a competitive field and working at a form you got to have an inside man cause it's hundreds of applications they're getting and people who are/can be more qualified than you
