Choi Soo Yeon is the friend we all need in our lives/corners! There's a reason why WYW gave her the nickname spring sunshine! Her lovingly scolding WYW after the crap Minwoo posted made me tear up. She literally defended her and scolded her when YoungWoo tried to explain that her autism is the reason why she never got a chance. And the way Soo Yeon got upset hat her, for me showed that she cares and sees beyond YW 's disability. She views her as she'd view anyone else. It's friends like these that are hard to come by. She knows YW is far smarter than she and even though it seems she dislikes the whale talk, she's still a true friend to her helping in whatever way she can.

Exactly he’s used to having his ego stroked and crushing anyone who dared challenge him. And now the WYW is in the picture he, he feels emasculated which to me is very stupid. Because how can you feel threatened by someone else’s abilities? It should rather bring it your competitive nature and drive to be better and push yourself

I used to work on the British Army Base that’s stationed in my country and the only way I got hired was because my uncle was stationed here at that time and he’s a high ranking official so that job was mine. Even though I still applied and my application was rejected and when I told my uncle about it the same day the lady called me saying she made a mistake 😅 and that I should come in for an interview. Now imagine if I didn’t have that kind of force behind me I would stay with a rejected application

Yup in every kdrama you see someone using their influence/power/family name/money to get somewhere now granted I understand that dramas are a bit exaggerated for enjoyment purposes but from every exaggeration stems a bit of truth to it. And I believe that SK, just like any other country nepotism is embedded into its society/culture. No matter how qualified and capable you may be pertaining to a job position once you don’t have a financial backer or have strings you can pull…you’re done for literally. It’s a sad reality but that’s the case. And even though I don’t like admitting this we all need nepotism to get us somewhere in life granted don’t depend on it but to get you a job etc… pull that string because I’ve seen it first hand. Those who don’t have that connection you’ll be stuck for a while and circled around until they decide if they want you.

same here. In my country step into the law scene and everybody knows everybody. My neighbors are lawyers half of my family are lawyers, in my church, there are like 2 lawyers, etc... there're certain jobs were in order for you to get you to need that connection so I don't understand him. Because that field is a competitive field and working at a form you got to have an inside man cause it's hundreds of applications they're getting and people who are/can be more qualified than you

besides no other law firm wanted her and if her dad had to stoop to taking up his junior's offer then so be it. Besides she's capable and proved that her talents/abilities were worthy of the position she deserves.

Unlike Mr. Sabotage who will wallow and complain and bully someone just cause he feels inferior to them. He's starting to become my most hated character.

Anyway hat of to the actor. It really takes a lot of work to put into being a despicable character bound for hatred

I know and that's the sad part. I literally work with one in my office and every time I see that guy I just wanna smack him so hard. Sometimes I even wanna sabotage him just like he's doing to my team but I hold my peace because he hasn't done anything that has put my job/team in jeopardy .

me too. I wanna punch him in the face so bad. He's so lucky Young Woo is nice cause if it were me I'd say why I didn't know what a cassette was and sabotage him as well since that's the game he wants to play

He's really cunning. I figured that about his character from the beginning. He purposely didn't tell her so she would look bad in front of the client. He seems like those types of workers/people you always see in life. Those who will kiss a** to get wherever and would deliberately sabotage others as long as they get ahead, no one else matters to them

She literally took the law used it to her advantage and in a sense cheated her way into a solid reason for canceling the contract Rami’s dad was tied in. 😂😂😂 and the way she told the other lawyer “do you have evidence to support your claim” killed it.

She basically had her friend and dad intentionally get beat up so she can have a good enough reason to end the contract

the scene that cracked me up was when JMS hung up on her and her dad asked if she needs to go into the office and Young Woo says yes she thinks she does and he already has her jacket ready. He was ready for any excuse for her to leave and he already had everything right beside him.

p.s I'm at work in my cubicle using my jacket to muffle the laughter I wanted to release

yeah I thought it was odd how she easily accepted but I guess everyone on the spectrum might handle change differently. Or my guess is since it wasn't something major that's why she easily did it given the circumstances. Cause remember the scene where her dad uses a different kind of ham she just picks it out and puts it in the shape of an X. I guess she her reaction to change may be a bit more different
