Why comedy isn’t tagged is beyond me🤣🤣🤣 I just kept laughing the entire time during the ride where she calls him to ask about being independent and it flashes back to him brushing his teeth and her calling just to talk about whales 🐳. Young Woo is really a character 🤣🤣 if I had a friend/coworker like her, I definitely know I’d always look forward to when I can see her again and would definitely do more research on whales so I can understand why she talks about them so much

I think they'll bring it back in the upcoming episodes. My guess is the reason for not following up on it from ep 1 is to keep us guessing and coming up with theories as to how they know each other and what their relationship was

Exactly! My cousin with her case she'll talk to you but she only does with her own family and even us sometimes she shuts out. She's very smart and attentive but very stubborn lo. Everyone I believe on the autistic spectrum behaves differently. With my cousin's case we didn't realized she had it until she was already in high school. yes we suspected it but never got her tested until my aunt went to the states right before her first year of high school and we found out. And if you don't know she has Asperger's, at first glance she may look like a moody hormonal teenager who's going through puberty

there many ways autistic people behave I hope you know that. My younger cousin has Asperger's syndrome just like Woo Young Woo in this drama and she behaves that way as well. Very bright but very clueless when it comes to social ques and interacting with people. And if I'm to compare how it was portrayed just by this first episode, I'll say it was portrayed really well

Exactly and the fact that she willingly threw her kid to the wind to get what she wanted in life with not an ounce of regret shows you who she truly is. I’m all for women pursuing their dreams even when they have kids but don’t sacrifice your child to save your ass. And then to live like it never even happened is another thing too!

no it's good so far. I too put it on hold had started the special episode and just finished it yesterday and ep 1 too. I'm currently at work watching ep 2 and it's good so far as long as you're willing to sit through character development and a lot of tit for tat behavior

I usually would try and see from both perspectives but I can't for the life of me stand SJ! She's cunning, deceitful, spiteful a liar, manipulator and just plain evil. SW's mom was a real b***ch in the beginning but I'm starting to like her and hope she gives SJ hell. I definitely know SW is blinded by "love" for SJ but he himself doesn't know why he likes her which is really ridiculous cause you can't want to marry someone for being 'cool'. Anyway I know the birth secret and death of DH family is gonna come up and I'm hoping SJ gets to feel the karma of her selfishness. She and her mom both of them are just problematic

well no Seungju is still in the wrong. She's purposely telling Dong Hee info on his family knowing it'll sway her decisions. She doesn't love his brother she's using him as angle to get what she wants but also keep Cha Yeol for herself. She's just straight up problematic, deceitful and cunning

Exactly! we don't gatekeep kdramas when cdramas decide to mimic them, and at the end of the day modern c-dramas imitate the older kdrama plots which are honestly for me a big turn off and uninteresting to sit through but no one lowers their rating just because of that unless it's a really terrible show

watch it first then judge. Don't automatically jump to conclusions because some gatekeepers decided to hate on a drama and give it low rating
