I dont think we are supposed to like the old guy and young woman pairing. I think the point was LXH was a disgusting person who used women for his own success. IMO the ML had depth, and even though he did some bad things he wasn't absolute trash. He realized what he became and ultimately left. I like how his character was grey and not a cookie cutter goodie shoes, also glad patrick found someone who actually appreciates him.

Ah yes ofc the team needed the straight guy with no passion for the sport to save them! What a great conclusion to the story. Also ofc farrah makes it all about her and jared strays away from his character to "support" her bcos of her guilt trip. Everyone could see it from miles away. What a waste of the crew for such a bad story.

The story is moving so fast, characters weren't introduced properly, we know nothing about them except that the ml is supposed to be a genius. It feels like they want to speedrun the plot, without fleshing out anything. Story just doesn't fit well.

im sad LT couldn't be there at the end. My ending is them going to beijing and being happy together. He's the best person ever, and they always kill off the best ones. It should've been the mom , not him.

What i want is for Uno to leave, jared back w his friends and team, and no more of the romance they keep shoving in. It still wouldn't save the story.

Maybe "all is well"(the one with yao chen). A bad mom there too, but the fl is a bit different. Acting is well done and payoff for the fl later is great. Many episodes in that one. Yao chen's recent doctor drama was good too.

Liu yan keeps giving the mom a chance again and again after being fooled so many times. Im tired of her attitude. She's inconveniencing everyone, putting her job at risk just bcos she can't let go of the mom who is the biggest ah around her. Her going to lu tianchi for everything is getting so repetitive. Its almost the end, can we see some character development. Only 4 eps left how r they going to resolve everything i dont know.

liu yan is acting really stuck up. Still having all the hope that jiang fang is a good person when she basicallly let u die for her debt. Hope lu tianchi stops helping her at all turns and she does something by herself for once.

Wait really? I hate when adaptations change the personality and background of characters and i was hoping this wouldn't be the case here. Casting already had me questioning it, but if they changed so much i won't watch at all.

Really like it so far. Especially the aesthetics and the set. The acting is realistic too. Im excited to watch next episodes.

Ofc you dont understand humor, you liked perfect family lol. Its not about everything making you laugh incessantly, its how humorously the storyline is written and executed. Not everything is supposed to give you a full belly laugh every ep. The setting , acting and story were infinitely better than perfect match.

Perfect match was so boring and convoluted. The story went nowhere and its humor was severely lacking.It would have benefitted from halving the no. of eps. The acting was very amateurish too from all the sisters. This on the other hand at least has well done characters and good humor.

I immediately think of skam whenever i see underwater kisses. It was just so iconic and has inspired so many scenes.

Definitely. I still go back to just between lovers for rewatches. She was great in Life too. I hope she gets better scripts, she deserves it.
