Hellbent on Revenge

The ML is so hellbent on revenge he doesn’t know how to be happy, and now we find out who was behind his father’s downfall ten years ago. My hats off because although I knew it was coming the payoff is beautiful.

No infidelity

So….the ML was never cheating on his wife because they were never legally married and he never slept with her. So technically, he was never unfaithful…lol. What a great reset! Not that that actually changes anything, but it’s good to know that there was no actual infidelity.

Slapping folks

So the wife finally got to smack the mistress! You know she been wanting to do that from day one…lol. But my man was having none of that. Told wifey, treat her badly and I will treat her like a Queen.…lol. That’s even better that than “I only slap MY woman, and you ain’t her”!

The long overdue talk between FL and her ridiculous…

The long overdue talk between FL and her ridiculous uncle. He is still a POS, but at least he can go home now. The poor ML just doesn’t know how to forgive himself and that means he cannot move on., and he must be crazy if he thinks his wife is going to move on. At least the episode ends with the dumb as rocks aunt finding out her hubby is a POS.

Fight...Fight

We finally have an our first face off and it's between the wanna-be mistress and the wife. Unfortunately, the wife has the wrong mistress. The real side chick is living in a house on the other side of China...lol

The Drama is Too Good

This is one of those dramas where the actual DRAMA in the drama makes the drama so very special. I miss these types of NON-PC stories about revenge, deceit and infidelity. Seriously, this show reminds me of a great American drama called "Falcon Crest". You have everything in this episode and Hawick Lau is just masterful in this. I am imploring Viki, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime....somebody to put this drama back in the library rotation. It's so damn good!

Why is the Aunt so Stupid?

The Aunt is just like a dumb block of bricks. She can't figure out that her husband is an idiot and is blaming all this on the the niece. She has a good heart, but stupidity is never attractive...even if you have a good heart. The uncle though is just a POS. So my respect for the aunt's good heart just drops even more because she's married to that POS. At this point, I'm going to need to the FL to stop being the doormat for her uncle. Yet, my hats off to the Hawick Lab. This man can act!

A Friend Indeed

Great...so the BFF finally pulled her head her head out of her own ass and is now supporting her destitute friend in need, but the ML is having none of that!!! He will destroy or wreck anyone who keeps him from the FL. He wants to control her every action down to the millisecond, and he is not playing around....lol. And thank you to YouTube and MyAsianTV for letting me binge the full glory of this masterpiece!!! Just...thank you!

Chickens coming home

While I get the best friend's reaction, I despise friends like that who think they deserve to know all your business like it's their own. She's acting all self-righteous because she is jealous and she we wanted the dude for herself. Meh...I knew it was coming, but I would have liked her to support her friend more. And how crazy is it that I'm feeling sympathy for the ML who inadvertently fell in love with his tool for revenge????? I'm all sad for him...lol...when he's been running rough shod over this girl for three years straight...lol.

Cats out the Bag...

So the dimes have been dropped! Pictures have been posted on the internet and there's no going back from that. The day our FL has been dreading has finally arrived and everyone knows she is seeing a married man. And now she finally finds out that her uncle has been in on it all along. I think I missed some of the interactions between the uncle and ML in earlier episodes, but since I will be watching this drama again then I will be going back to find out what I missed. Now even though she has left, I know she going back. She has no home. No job. No...nothing without him. This is how co-dependency works in dysfunction.

NOT PC

I understand why some folks would hate this drama, but this is my type of crazy! The ML wants to FL to love him, but he can't help treating her like dirt. It's a classic dysfunctional, co-dependent relationship, and I am here for every second.

Creeping

The aunt has a big mouth and just dropped the dime. You knew this was coming because the wife is hell bent on finding the side chick...lol.

Frank and Earnest

The very frank convo this guy is having with his mom about his mistress is...golden. I am loving every second of this drama and it's batshit crazy ML. Viki needs to bring this bad boy back to its library. I am loving this so much.

Compelling

I am finding this older C-drama to be quite compelling. I expected to FF through most of this, but I am strangely hooked on the story and the characters.

Wow…

The scene where they finally confess is so well acted. I don’t find any of these side stories or seconds interesting, but the ML and the FL are killing it. You could not sell this story with phenomenal acting. Wow…
