This drama is freaking crazy. I'm on episode 19 and so far, it's like they combined every early 2000's scifi teen tv show angst + David Lynch aesthetic + SyFY channel effects and then a little bit of Game of Thrones and Jurassic Park and Stephen King. I wonder what else they're going to add till the end.

Seriously, what is up with all these loser SML "best friends" going into their 30s without making a move?

So far I find the second couple really boring and pointless. They've known each other since high school and she still acts like a teenager with a crush.

This drama has the most spoilers of any drama I've ever followed. A kiss calendar, a bazillion BTS clips, and I've even seen tweets in several languages about upcoming scenes according to the script.

My biggest gripe with the SML is his overly coiffed hair.

I think that's common in China and Korea? I've seen lots of photos of celebrity weddings in Korea and even some of the celebrity guests dress casually.

Zhuang Xu has no right to be jealous and sulky when he lets Ye Rong stake her claim on him every chance she gets. He knows what everybody assumes and never corrects the record.
