I think her dubbing was pretty bad. It sounded exactly the same as in Blossom, no change at all for this character. And most of the time, the voice actor sounded like she was just reading, very flat.

ML has such a distinctive swag walk that even those ancient robes can't hide. It sometimes looks really out of place in a period drama.

This is worth watching just for Cheng Lei and Jelly Lin's story arc. Their looks and styling are so on point. Even though her family is broke, FL never repeats outfits, lol. And Cheng Lei can really rock those boxy suits, and he had the walk down.

I feel very gypped of hugs and kisses. that swordplay scene could have been so much more romantic and longer.

Liao Shi Yu and AI/robot man make a great couple. Their acting is terrible and both look and sound so unnatural.

It's refreshing to see a mama's boy character actually acknowledging and reflecting on being a mama's boy.

The terrible face swap/green screen editing reminds me of comedy skits where you're supposed to know it's edited, but it's even worse because the guy is never looking in the right direction, lol.

I haven't even noticed the mouth movement. I'm just distracted that she sounds completely different the last two dramas I've seen her in. The voice is a bad match.

The title of this drama should be "Never-ending Crisis." The most calm we get is half an episode before the next crisis hits.

6th grandpa is to blame for brainwashing his son to be jealous of and hate the 8th branch. It just got so compounded once FL grew up and realized all the potential she already showed as a little kid.
