Disappointed but hope to see more from the Leads in the future

This show started decently. I loved the friendship that the main characters Theo & Akk (Book & Force) had, their chemistry was addicting to watch and it was what helped me get through this show. The motivations for the Enchante guys was so flimsy that it was hard to believe anyone would fall for their acts. The fact that Theo let them use him then acted hurt over their actions bothered me a lot. Akk was such a sweetheart the whole time and Theo let these other guys make Akk feel like he wasn't important even though it was all Theo's doing frustrated me. And this storyline wrapped up in episode 8 and focused on a new storyline that was even more frustrating for 2 more episodes.

I understand why Theo was upset since he based all his opinions of love on what he thought his parents had, but how he reacted to the divorce stuff was beyond childish. Taking it out on Akk because as a neighbor he knew they were divorced was uncalled for. It wasn't Akk's responsibility to tell Theo about them, but he was the one who ended up apologizing it was stupid. Also Theo basically not explaining who Sun is to him & not telling Sun that Akk was his boyfriend was unnecessarily hurtful. Why did Akk have to put in all the work to find a way to France make this relationship work is beyond me, Theo was selfish and that made me the most upset.

Overall it's easy to watch and ForceBook are a great on camera couple, but I wouldn't recommend this unless you want to just watch something easy.

Non-Linear Timeline by great acting by Jeff and Gameplay

Okay so I’m actually only confused by 1 part ….was he not declared dead yet when he ghostly kissed Mike in the acting class? Bc I feel like they should have known that and then it would be weird to have him perform with Peem. But i’m just gonna go with it here.
I actually liked this i even liked how it was set up in a non linear fashion. I do recommend if you need to think of it in linear fashion, it would be ep 2 (prequel), ep 1 (main issue), ep 3 resolution. I need people to recognize if a ghost shows up in front of you in your house, running to another room and locking the door will not keep them away from you no matter how many times you do it.
I enjoyed the chemistry of Jeff and Gameplay. Overall would still recommend to people, especially since its only 40-45 minutes of ones time.

I'm here for the relationship and Grandma....others meh

I liked this show more for the people and relationships among them, than the actual storyline. I feel like the story was dragged out, while simultaneously just cutting off a part of the story when it no longer affected the relationships. Who won the competition? After them cutting the competition to a few teams, effectively ending the race for half of our leads, suddenly the competition no longer existed.

Our main leads, Shin (Ohm Thitiwat) and Peach (Guide Kantapon), had slow burn couple chemistry but fantastic acting chemistry in my view. I liked Peach's warm but strong heart personality being able to thaw the Pastry Ice King's heart enough for everyone, including Shin's own friends and business partners, to get to actually connect and be genuine friends unlike the surface level from before Peach's arrival. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure how much I would like to see Ohm with someone that wasn't Fluke, but I really enjoyed him with Guide. The protector illusion was gone, and Guide seemed on the same level as Ohm. I liked their chemistry too in the spicier scenes.

The best friend turned basically enemy was drastic on all fronts. Shin defiantly needed the reality check, but more lead up was needed for some of this. At first, I thought it was a jealousy thing over Peach, even though to me there wasn't even enough buildup of that. Like he was instantly enamored with Peach, why? Peach is great and deserved to be loved, yes, but where did this I will abandon my friends and business OF YEARS for you attitude come from? I understood what he meant about the business not supporting him because Shin was the star, but even going to a competitor's company without us seeing even once him trying to broach the subject with the actual owners was wild.

The Owner/brother that was in love with Shin their whole friendship was the expected issue, so I was grateful this wasn't the main complication for them. It's a hard situation to work around, but once everyone started talking, it seemed like it worked itself out. I need people to stop kissing people without consent though. Once again communication and listening would have solved so many issues early on. The friends as a whole were funny, especially in the special episode. AND THE GRANDMA WAS A GEM! I would watch it again just for her lol.

Overall, not a bad show, but not the best. I'm liking more cooking/baking shows coming out and 6 episodes + 1 special episode on GagaOOLala wasn't hard for me to spare to try this show.

This is a cozy time BL.

Overall this is a cute story. This doesn't have anything large or overly exciting. This is a cozy story and would recommend it for people needing a break from the over-emotional and high-adrenaline based shows. We also had a cameo from the 'You Are Mine' guys at the end and I thought it was well placed and it didn't detract from the story.

I really liked the two main characters and the side characters were very amusing. I also liked though a possible relationship could happen for the side characters, they weren't in a relationship, nor did we have to shift any focus to them. I think the shortness of this show meant that we didn't have the chance to make the people and interactions more complex. The writing is formulated with tropes to be soothing and comforting. I can recognize with how some watcher may not like that it is cliche in a way, but i feel that the laid back nature of the show makes that not a bad thing in this show. I also wished we didn't have the 'knew you as a child / long lost friend' trope. I see it was properly used and not relied upon, i just didn't need it.

The obstacles for them being together is an awful mother on one side and a past unrequited love on the other side. The unrequited love was part of the driving force of the story, but when the dude came back, I was disappointed in how all the "adults" in the situation handled it. HOWEVER, it didn't last long and it did cause the catalyst and made for some amusing postering between the love interests. The mom portion was frustrating. The mom was a big problem in general but the MC didn't even know she was a problem until way too late. This led to us not seeing the MLs have conversations about it, and even if the situation was handled wonderfully, it felt out of character.

Other than these issues and wishing we got to see everyone's friendship more, this was a comforting, low key BL and I appreciate that. This wasn't meant to be anything more than a couple supporting each other and growing in and amongst each other. If you wanted anything more than this, you may need to look elsewhere for a show.

Fluff show - Good but could be better.

This was a cute show. Yechan was an adorable golden retriever in a human suit and Yul was GORGEOUS but chemistry was lacking for me. Like it was there but not tangible. I don’t think that was an acting issue more like timing and the show suffering from the short kbl syndrome. I wish they would have expanded a bit on Yul's sleeping issues or where the Chief is. Is he coming back? Also, there were limited people in this show bit since it was in the countryside it felt natural and I liked that. The Village Head made me laugh a lot (he also gave me hope in my Korean language training that I will be able to hold a conversation with somebody even if I don't sound 100% fluent, because his language cadence was so different). Overall good to watch once but I don’t I would watch again but I would like to see these two in another show together.

Actors made me keep watching it

I like the actors (Chap/Green). They had great, believable & relatable chemistry. And the brother dynamics was funny and enjoyable (even if i thought certain fights were not necessary for the show). Overall the storyline was very disjointed & hindered my enjoyment of the whole show. They needed a focus for the issues and they let all of them just fizzle away. They also kept adding issues and the "resolutions" weren't flushed out as much as they needed to be. I want to see these actors in other things, but I don't recommend this show.
