LSS could not ascend because of her attachment to TTJ so TTJ pulls out the big guns literally by using the God Slaying Crossbow on the disciples. This triggers her trauma from the 2nd timeline and in her distress, she finally breaks through and reaches nirvana/godhood. TTJ smiles as she becomes a True God. LSS goes into the god sphere where her mother Chuhuang and the other gods were waiting for her. LSS returns to this reality and she freezes time before going to TTJ. She wants to talk but TTJ urges her to kill him. She says to drop the act because she now knows his true heart. She tell him she know what he did for her and he apologizes because that was the only way. LSS: I wanted to grow old with you but now we can't grow old anyway. I didn't know my existence is destined for your death. TTJ: It's okay. Susu, this life of mine is so hard. I'll let you end it for me.
TTJ brings her to the God Realm and tells her that as a True God she can kill him and by doing so stop the ADW. LSS: I still have many things to say to you but I will say these words when we meet again. TTJ : Hao! (Yes!) And they have their final kiss. 😭😭😭 She pierces his heart and the ADW starts receding. He says to let go but she doesn't want to because she wants to die with him. He says yes but knocks her out and puts the Heart Guarding Scale in her before destroying the Evil Bone.
Next, LSS survives and is shown in the tomb scene crying her heart out because TTJ lied to her again by not letting them "die" together. After 500 years, we see A Mi ( TTJ×LSS' daughter) with LSS remembering to tell the story of SJ and MY so they can live on even in stories. We see a smiling TTJ in the HGS which he will emerge from 500 years later after repairing his essence there.
In a nutshell, TTJ had to force LSS to become a true god to kill him and shutdown the All Distress Way to save all the realms. Both of them sacrificed so much for the humans and immorons. They do have their HE so please refer to the HE novel chapters in the Discussion. 😁

TTJ thought that Mingye is a powerful demon that he can consume to increase his own powers so he went to the river. Instead, he along with YXW/LSS, XL and Bitchang gets dragged into MingYe's 10,000 year old looped dream called Fleeting Life/Bo're Dream. Basically this arc has the 4 characters living the life during the war between the gods and ADG(the first and real devil god). Think of it as playing a VR game so TTJ plays MY, YXW/LSS as SJ, XL as SJ's bro, and B as TH. This was to let TTJ experience love, loss, comradeship,etc. and give LSS hints to fulfill her mission. It also contains a lot of foreshadowing as well as important artifacts that will come into play later. I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask Qs if you need clarifications.
