Ep.24XL, you don't deserved such an opportunistic and selfish B of wife. π’LOL at TTJ's expression of derision…
Yes, what's the point of them keeping TTML until later. He should have initiated that kidnapping grandma plot. Makes more sense for YXW/LSS to save her.
On the road to 80k commentsThese kinda parallels make me cry a river πhttps://twitter.com/SMilkdrama/status/1672218182931857409?t=1OCL1NaGud_2U7YmVQdUjw&s=19
The "Yuan Shuai is he a devil" parallel always makes me chuckle π
In the first watch, I was in a rush to finish the eps but now I am enjoying their visuals so much more. I pause and think how beautiful she is and how handsome he is in this frame. π

Both and many more! This part is so problematic for many reasons. The writers basically broke down the development they made in the previous ep. Didn't LSS differentiate between DG2.0 and TTJ already? In that flying scene, she said You are TTJ. She knows that TTJ is trying to be a just leader and even affirms this for him. In the bridge scene, she even thought to forsake using the spikes(think of another way) and protect him his entire life. So it doesn't make sense to me that the sight of XL in prison makes her want to forsake all those realizations just like that. I agree that she should have respected XL's wishes. She is not even close to XL and even if she wants to save him for humanistic reasons(or whatever reason), why would she not talk it out with TTJ? Haven't they been having honest talks? Another thing is YXW went home to make the porridge (presumably so she can put the knockout drugs there instead of the palace kitchen). Is she really so irresponsible to leave her pot boiling away giving a chance to B to put the poison? She went back and didn't taste the porridge again. Since I cook, I would always have one final check before serving my dishes. So if she did taste it before finally putting the knockout drugs, she would have been the first poison victim. LOL! She didn't do that of course so she brought the porridge back to the palace. Don't they have a poison tester exactly to prevent poisonings of kings from happening? Is YXW exempt from this rule or has someone never thought of it? π€¦ββοΈ Also, B was already proven to be a selfish opportunistic B. Why would they let her loose and unsupervised as a slave prisoner? Didn't they think she will want to retaliate? Where did she even get the poison that quickly? Maybe she has a stash. π Writers should have just followed majority of the novel events leading up to the tower scene.
Sometimes what I can't stand the most in the c-dramas is that they often degraded the lead women into dumb or…
Yes I'm so sad coz LSS is such a strong decisive character and they are ruining her in this arc. π What's wrong with you cdrama writers? Can't you stand smart females?
Haha B is a joke and thought she could get awsy with it. Good thing everyone was there so see what she is really like. But they didn't guard against her enough obviously... π€
Xl actually saw through most peoples' motivations here except for his wife. Love does make one blind I suppose.
I like that Susu acknowledged she had fallen for Tantai Jin and how she wished to be with him in this era. The…
Yes, like why did they kill of grandma in the drama?! I actually wish they followed the events leading up to the tower scene more like the OG (like LSS leaving to save grandma) instead of this porridge storyline that's coming up.
It's this episode, isn't it?π...TTJ speaking for XL, giving YBC the chance to repent what she had just said.…
B is such a B. So selfish and not remorseful in anyway. She blames everyone but herself. She didn't even really have a hard time growing. She wasn't as favored as YXW but was never mistreated. Compared to TTJ, she skated through life. That "Chang-er" was like a spike through my heart. Don't say that grandma. This evil B is about to kill you. πππ B is so despicable!
The Ye family is nice but they really shouldn't have sent YXW there. Did nobody really expect her to help XL out of prison?
1. Poor XL, you got a nasty bish as a wife.2. PR gets her love threads back, and TTJ muses that's how they look…
YQY is a good man and isn't that why our vixen fox feel so in love that she gave up her life for him. OMG why do I keep thinking ahead πππ
Yes why was B allowed to dress up?
Maybe because she can't put the knockout drugs in the palace kitchen. Then again, there should be a food tester for the king, right? Precisely to guard against poisons. See this is why I hate this Porridgegate storyline coz it's so dumb and full of loopholes
