I don't recall a TTML witch in the novel and TTML himself was killed off quickly by TTJ but his role was expanded in the drama to cover the actions of Tantai Minghan (7th TT prince). I guess this is to lessen the villain count. 😂

Nobody gave her a manual on how to save the world. Her dad and martial uncle literally said "Here, go back 500 years to find TTJ and save the three realms!"
The fact that her compassion shines through despite her trauma is amazing. Sorry to give a real world example but think of it this way: What if you, a Jew, is sent back 100 years to meet young Adolf Hitler and stop his future genocide, would you be able to be kind? Would you keep saving his life in the hopes he will reform? It's tough, right.
Anyways, as for the WAJ or WOJ(they keep changing the sub for this haha), YXW is partially blind because of it but it only got worse as she kept using it to cultivate the divine essence.

On a superficial level and I might be in the minority, I really wanted to see TTJ dressed up as a bride in the peach tree demon arc coz that's how they got the World Overturning Jade in the novel. How pretty he would have been. LOL!
NBY is very efficient in saving their group and loyal for wanting to seek out TTJ.
YXW remembering to send a letter to assure her mortal family is nice. She has a new outfit! Does she have a Qiankun pouch? haha
YXW and TTJ are reunited! I don't care if they are fighting. I just like seeing Xixi and Lulu together on screen. CLOWN I think the screenwriters do have something against calm, logical female characters. They made YXW/LSS so quick to judge and anger. This is against her character as an immortal practicing the Way of the Dao (her sect's famous path to godhood).
Through the magic of xianxia, YXW whips out a marble mortal and pestle in the middle of the woods. haha She is into her undress TTJ mode again. There goes TTJ "hao ah" and smirk again. I love that even though TTJ still doesn't understand love, he feels safe enough to rest again YXW in sleep.
Fuyu is so annoying. What did TTML even do to deserve her loyalty?!
XL showed a bit of mercy on TTJ by not pursuing him. This would be considered a crime by his father if found out.
YXW and TTJ speak contemptuous words to each other but they keep saving each other. This is the running theme of the episode.
