acting like he's some chen daoming level actor when he's not. he's no better, he's emotionless, so don't act like he's somehow too good for her.

honestly for me cdramas always starting strong then losing in the middle so it is not a rare case tbh

do not apologize sis, i got mad because you think zhou yiran is some mistreated guy, but he is not. his company erased a lot of male characters to give that screentime to him. he got equal billing in a female centered drama. he used the sword in promotional content that belongs to the female lead in the novel. they made the other male characters less interesting so they could not outshine his character. every novel fan is complaining about these issues. he has very strong backing. do not pity him.

mind you they erased at least 3 characters in the novel to give zyr screentime, he get a equal billing in a female centered drama. none of these male are main characters, yes your yiran gege included. stop the pity agenda for your zyk geges.

the way people are complaining about ratings more than actually talking about the drama itself is so annoying. one thing i hate about cdrama fans the most is how they always try to dictate other people’s opinions. if someone says they don’t like the cp vibes, they attack them. if someone says the drama feels fast-paced, they tell them to drop it. like, we are watching a drama, of course people are going to share their thoughts and comment on it. you can’t force everyone to rate it higher just because you want the score to look better. why are you even so obsessed with other people’s opinions? everyone has their own standards. for me, an 7.5 - 8.0 is enough for this drama because they ruined a lot of things, rushed the story, and did dudu and her character dirty.

watching a female centered story for a mediocre zyk is what makes you boymoms

oh, the same actor who used stunt doubles for his fight scenes and only had his face shown during the shoots, yet y’all call him a martial arts king, isn’t it? he’s probably not even a face either, his face can’t compete with his peers. just a pushed zyk.

i prefer other make up tho, it feels more realistic this one make up is too heavy sometimes they have to zoom into eyes to show the leads are sad or crying because you cant see teardrops with that layered make up.

he is just a face tho, most of his fight scenes are filmed by stunts, and his makeup is heavier than even female lead.

if it weren't for Chen Duling, I would have already dropped this drama, later episodes feeling like high school project
