I really love how they portrayed his loneliness and how much he longed for the freedom he once had, before being burdened with the responsibilities of a Dragon Deity, a role that was never truly meant for him. He’s not just a lovesick fool; he’s someone weighed down by duties he was never meant to carry.
Don’t get me wrong, I like this drama but JL crying or dropping tears in every single scene starts to annoy…
It would be more weird if he wasn't crying. He literally just witnessed how his beloved tries to rewind the time so many times just to save him. Like who wouldn't cry over it?
I’m really in to it. But I must confess, having a complete turn of events every 2 episodes it becoming a little…
I still like it though, even if we know some things, we still do not have the full picture. The series is way worse than this drama and even more confusing 😂😂😂😂
It’s pretty common, unfortunately, for haters/antis to leave reviews and rate episodes claiming they’ve watched…
It’s hard to take seriously the opinions of those who rate this kind of drama after only a handful of episodes. Most of the complaints don’t even come from people who care about the storyline, they’re just chasing screentime for their favorites. For them, more screentime equals ‘best drama,’ less screentime equals ‘worst drama,’ regardless of whether it makes sense for the plot.
Ju Jingyi really proved she’s not limited to just one type of role in this drama. Her acting range was impressive.…
I've never seen her as a really great actress before, in fact, i find her to be a really bad actress. But she really did improve with her acting in this drama.
Anyone who's truly enjoying this kind of story? I know it's confusing, but it really is designed that way. That’s what makes it more engaging, I actually really like this style.
It honestly reminds me of From, where you’re thrown into the story with little explanation and have to piece everything together as you go. Also gives me similar vibes to Dark, where timelines and perspectives shift and nothing is immediately clear.
The entity that burst out his "heart" is the drgaon scale that he consumed. Basically, it was a manifestation…
I've read the leaked scripts and besides, that was already in yesterday's episode and preview for today's episode that JL already knows that LWY is trying to save JL
I am so confused I don’t know. Why would Ji Ling want to kill Wangyan ?
From what I've read and not sure if it's really true, it was just a puppet that he killed. He has a plan for it that's why. But i do not know the exact plan.
The entity that burst out his "heart" is the drgaon scale that he consumed. Basically, it was a manifestation…
We aren't shown all the times LWY tried to save him. I saw some say that she tried around a hundred times to save him. So mayeb, lying and keeping him away was the best solution she could come up with.
Remember, she's trying to sacrifice herself in place of him. In order for her plan to work, she has to get the ring, the dragon deity's powers, and for JL not to know her plans.
✨ Can someone please explain what happened with Ji Ling in ep 22 ðŸ˜ðŸ”¥That whole out‑of‑body moment had…
The entity that burst out his "heart" is the drgaon scale that he consumed. Basically, it was a manifestation of his loneliness. It fed on his loneliness
JL, you are such a tragic character
He is recognized to be a good actor from major juries, that can be said that his acting is objectively good.
If you do not like how his facial expressions are, maybe because the you do not like the character, then that makes it subjective.
You just do not understand his arc
He basically has the lone scale. An entity born out of his loneliness.
It honestly reminds me of From, where you’re thrown into the story with little explanation and have to piece everything together as you go. Also gives me similar vibes to Dark, where timelines and perspectives shift and nothing is immediately clear.
