As much as this drama has comedy, I can sense the pending angst already just from the teasers. SCC being constantly "denied"/rejected (reasons often involving her looks whether it was true or not) and TQ witnessing the constant disappearance of someone he loves. Both got "filters" on, and their misunderstandings just piles up.

Maybe one of those opening drama date video/zoom live they got going on nowadays. Those they can do even when not in the same place. And probably after a week or two after the drama actually airs (and if the drama is doing well), they might then actually have some in-person type promotion.
Ahhhh, I was right! Their school days are played by younger actors/actresses! Meaning those scenes (running in the rain, etc.) showing them in uniforms are really probably them role-playing somehow as adults LOL.

It seems like SCC had on non-waterproof mascara, went to their school reunion(?), and got egged on by their classmates to "perform" (aka use her strength to open beer bottles by slicing off the caps with her hand chops).
You can tell by then that her make-up is starting to smudge a bit. TQ arrived and their classmates told TQ to get a beer bottle too from SCC. She got nervous (as she has/had a crush on him) and I guess sliced the cap at a wrong angle which then splashed the beer onto her own face and made her mascara/make-up run.
TQ asked if he can take a picture and from his POV, a picture of her make-up to probably try to analyze it later since he works in that field. SCC asked him why he took a picture of her, and he said "very ugly". π Which he probably meant the make-up and not SCC herself but PHEW, from her POV, definitely hurt her feelings.
Some main points: 1) Grew up in a loving home with a mother, a father, and an older sister 2) There are times when she prioritizes other people's feelings over her own 3) A hero with a sense of justice 4) Very loving and willing to accept people's appreciation/kindness towards her to become more confident 5) Had to make up a lot of lies to cover up a lie 6) Both TQ and SCC had "filters" on how they viewed/judged each other in the beginning
