Did you read my comment some time this week about how I hated the Chairman and the horrific manner he treated Gyeongchae.  Please have a read below.

• He has already humiliated his daughter by throwing fruit juice on her in the presence of Lucia and her siblings.
Even if Lucia lied that she did not know about the sweater, he should be more understanding about of his daughter's feelings.
How could he force his daughter to apologise to Lucia? 😟"

He is a verbally abusive father and a Womaniser.  I cannot wait to see his reaction when Lucia displays her true colours.

In fact, I don't understand why Gyeongchae did not tell Seongjae to do Lucia in, much earlier. But... it is still not too late. Honestly, if my father is dating a woman of my age, I would hit the roof too. It is just against the norm. I know there are a lot of fathers... only wealthy fathers who have wives of about the same age as their chidren. It is not right to me. Fathers who did such things have no concern for their children emotional and mental well-being.
I am just ranting as a side comment. ☺️

It is exciting and also sad to watch the ruin of a company as well as a family... to me.

Chairman and Lucia will have to get married first but she will only show her true colours slowly. Because she needs Chairman to give Mingang shares etc to her first.

Gyeongchae did mention to Jiseop episodes ago that their father has had a few affairs in the past.
That meant the Chairman has experience with women, and should know whether a woman wanted just money or wanted to be his legal wife. Being his legal wife is a different ballgame as she will have a share in his assets which will, in turn, reduce his children's shares.

Even if she is showing him care and concern which he felt is lacking very badly in his children, he should consider and re-consider to marry such a woman. Or at least, make her sign a prenuptial agreement. But he is too blinded and brain too clouded to know what is the right thing to do.

And, to think that the Chairman is a shrewd businessman who has built his business on his own without help from others. Because of Lucia, he would lose everything and he will not be able to deal with it.

I know this is kdramaland but I cannot help pointing this out.

I also kept looking at her flare-up nostrils and arrow-shooting eyes... in horror.  She also looked frightening when she hugged Seri after laying her hands on the bag of ledger. 

Lucia is on a winning streak for now.  Then it will be Gyeongchae's turn later.  They'll take turns. 😄

I cannot remember if Seri has voting rights or not. She is 20 now, can she?

I've noticed that Gyeongchae kept asking Seonjae to do bad, criminal work for her. Including the Chairman. Seonjae will surely go to jail in the end.

There are quite a few matters which I don't understand. Like why did Gyeongchae not have Lucia "vanish" too.

Episode 53 will be exciting because Gyeongchae and Seonjae are planning to have her father removed as Chairman.

Following Yeonha was right but he should let Chairman be in the know that the all-important ledger went missing in his house first before rushing out to tail Yeonha. Normally, a person would inform the house owner before doing anything, right?

I feel that it was Chairman who taught Gyeongchae to become a monster. Remember he pressurised Gyeongchae to "crush" Seolhui and Miso "until they could not stand up".
Gyeongchae initially covered up the incident with a stand-in who was later jailed and offered compensation to Miso. But Seolhui rejected the compensation and persisted in pursuing Gyeongchae at Mingang Distribution office and even approached Chairman. That was how the Chairman knew about the incident and pressured Gyeongchae to "crush" mother & daughter.
Chairman Min is the culprit for how Gyeongchae turned out to be a monster.
