But I dislike Okbun more than Seri.  She complained to Heungsoo that Misun scolded her.  Acted coy with the vet. Made
herself a 'sugar mum' to Heungsoo.

Both Seri and Okbun tried all ways and means to make Beomsoo and Heungsoo accept their love. 🙄

May I ask why you dislike Seri?
Is it because she fell in love with Beomsoo? If she did not, Beomsoo will not be in a fix now?

I have never been adopted or adopted children so I can only try my best to empathise with them. Decades after my then 12-year-old cousin left home and returned home and became hostile to my uncle and aunt, I still felt strongly that my cousin only needed to be grateful that his adoptive parents has loved and took great care of him.  He was their only adopted child. My aunt was infertile.  More importantly, he needed to look at his adoptive parents and asked himself how they have treated him.  His biological parents abandoned him so why could he not appreciate that my uncle and aunt more.

I am sure you must have endured a lot of heartaches.  I applaud you and your husband for your graciousness.

As for Kangsoo, he seemed to be spiralling into depression now.  Firstly, Kangsoo needs to broach this subject to his brothers and not brood in silence.  Hope he will not leave home but talk it out with his brothers.

There are at least 3 decades of enmity between the Oh and Dokgo families. So how could Seri and Beomsoo marry?
I think the only way is for Seri to cut ties with her parents.

Even if her parents apologised and asked for forgiveness, the tension and uneasiness will tear the Oh family apart. Interaction with her parents is inevitable.
Forgiveness does not mean one has to continue interaction with the perpetrator.
Cutting ties with Tak & Miae will ensure zero interaction.

But in kdramaland, everything is in the hands of the Writer.

Yes! Misun's part-timer has resigned so she can work for her and possibly live with her temporarily.
But she should look for an office job since she has a business degree.

Miae does not deserve redemption or forgiveness. As if embezzlement of Eagle Brewery was not evil enough, she despised and harassed Beomsoo at the lecture hall when she discovered Seri was in love with him.
She is such a money grubber and forced her daughter to marry for wealth. Nasty piece of work.

Her best retribution now is that her beloved daughter has just found out she was a Thief. Will Seri ever speak with her when she finds out she also left a newborn baby Kangsoo at the doorstep of Eagle Brewery which she stole from??? 😠

Most people who realised they were adopted became depressed and sensitive. My then 12-year-old cousin left home when he discovered he was adopted. Of course, he returned home shortly. But he became ill-tempered and hostile to my uncle and aunt who loved and spoilt him. When he became an adult, he was a better person but there was always a lingering sadness and coldness in him.

I hope Kangsoo will be grateful that his older brothers have never treated him as an outsider but has loved him dearly. Also, I hope Kangsoo understands that his brothers did not plan to tell him the truth because it did not matter that he was left at the door of Eagles Brewery. He is always a part of the Oh family and nothing will change.

As for me, she will know 2% of my life/I will visit her twice a year/she won't know my address too or which company I am working at. 😄

Yes, I know the painful revelation of Seri's parents' embezzlement at Eagles Brewery has to happen one way or another. But for the revelation to happen during gossiping while Seri was still in the house was appalling and sickening. Wouldn't it be better if Seri overheard her parents' conversation about their embezzlement?

My jaw dropped when Kwangsook considered HIDING under the dining table when Gyeol returned home. What is wrong with her visiting Dongseok to bring Hani's 1st birthday food to him? This Writer should cease writing 45-year-old Kwangsook's character as silly and overly embarrassed.

So glad that Dongseok was honest with his son and introduced Kwangsook as his girlfriend. Although Gyeol was shocked, I must say he hid his feelings very well as he was friendly and polite. Actually, I've just realised that the actor who plays Gyeol has a low and soothing voice. Hope he will have better roles in the future.

Lunkera, I am sure this is the first time I am watching a FL who stood up to her tyrannical parents and stood firm in her choice of love.  I know that if Seri has never fallen in love with Beomsoo, he would not be harassed by her parents now.  He is still in danger of losing his job if Tak decided to do something bad to him.  But it is really hard to judge people who are in such a situation.  Once you made the wrong choice of love, you might live to regret it for the rest of your life.

In episode 31 or 30, it was fun watching Kwangsook acting uncomfortable when Dongseok expressed his feelings for her.  But somehow, I don't find it comical now especially her fanning herself. 

Lunkera, is it just me or do you find that Bom seemed uncomfortable and tense in ALL  her scenes.  Even that scene where she sat on her brother's  bed and chatted with him, she spoke softly and her discomfort is written all her face and in her body language.
May I know what is your take?

But the best thing she did as Kangsoo's mother was leaving him with the Oh family where he was loved and raised very well.

I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for Miae.

She caused a scene by forcing Seri out of the lecture hall. As she bowed and apologised to Beomsoo before leaving, her face was hard and sullen as if shooting a warning to Beomsoo.

Now... due to Miae's rashful behaviour, Seri left home. But Miae has the nerve to disturb Beomsoo at the university again. This time, she was dishevelled, distressed and pale.
This is Miae's payback for harassing and disrespecting Beomsoo at his workplace.
Money-grubber Miae! 🫤

I feel so sorry for Beomsoo now because he is facing two thorny issues with no solution in sight.

Kwangsook being shy to Dongseok after hugging him at the hospital - is getting on my nerves. I mean she is not a teenager or in her 20s, is she? 🤷🏻‍♀️
It was fun watching her pushing Dongseok away in the previous episode but it is no longer funny when it is repetitious.
