I am quite sure that Beomsoo will eventually lose his job.  What will happen to him as he has a baby to support? What's worrisome is his ex-wife will take Hani from him once she knows about his loss of job and income.  Even if Seri explained to the university that she was the one pursuing Beomsoo, his  reputation will be questionable. 
This is a very tricky situation for Beomsoo. 🤔😮‍💨

Dongseok is a high achiever who often succeeds in whatever he sets his mind on.  High achievers oftentimes have high self-esteem and are prideful.  He is so sure he will win again, this time not business contracts but, he is sure of winning Kwangsook's heart EASILY.  But he fails and his pride has taken a big hit so he becomes antsy and unreasonable, raising his voice at Kwangsook.
Kwangsook will be the one to teach him humility and empathy.

The upside is he is not spiteful because if he were spiteful, he would have stopped his friend from signing the contract with Eagles Brewery. 

I am not concerned about this couple because they are endgame.

Finally you realised that Hani was not smiling especially in episode 30. I have watched the first half of the raw episode 30.  She was frowning when she was sitting on the =bed while Beomsoo was trying to humour her.

You might be right that Hani is not smiling because of Seri's absence.  Let's see if Hani smiles in ep 31.

I agree with you regarding Beomsoo increasing sympathy for Seri.  Miae is actually helping to stir feelings in Beomsoo for Seri. 
One fine day, Beomsoo will step forward and relieve Seri of her parents' manipulation.

In the preview, Dongseok is pissed off by Kwangsook's rejection. Hope he will not take it out on her in regards to business matters.

Hani has not been smiling lately but looked like she was going to cry. 

I think Dongseok should have gone out with Kwangsook for a few more months before making his intentions clear to her.  Because she has no romantic feelings for him right now - he is set for rejection from the get-go.

He needs to be mindful that he is not presenting a business proposal, but he is trying to woo a lady.

Seri should stop her graduate studies, move out and look for a job. Only then can she be free of the shackles her parents have placed on her.

Anyway, I am loving Eagle Brothers very much for the heartwarming and caring relationships amongst the brothers.  No jealousy or backstabbing. 🥰
