Yes, surely they can find someone who can testify against Myeongji but it won't be "out of guilt". To date, that rogue detective has not shown any guilt. During her conversation with Jingu, Yeojin made incriminating remarks against herself - "This is how you can save me as I have saved you. I need you to take responsibility for appropriating company funds. That is how you can save me and Eunchong."
Jingu should have recorded this critical part of the conversation but I have a bad feeling he did not do it. Then he will be jailed for nothing.
Myeongji will be a hard nut to crack even if the nun said she saw Duna at the orphanage unless there is hard evidence to convict her.
I believe from Day One that it was not Yeojin but Myeongji who somehow caused the Goo parents' death. Now I know Goo father's car brakes was tampered, resulting in their deaths. I am certain Myeongji got the rogue detectives to tamper their car brakes. Reason could be Myeongji will get a cut of the sold business of the deceased owners. I could be wrong. But she must have gotten something out of their deaths.
