Mdm Jang only appeared after Yujin died and after the time-skip of 20 years. Before the time-skip, we were not shown Yeojin in the office setting.

But the Writer can easily create a story about Mdm Jang anytime.

I wouldn't consider my comment a spoiler but a prediction. It is too despicable of Myeongji to scheme to force Jingoo into a marriage before adoption which was not what he wanted.
BTW, how could the marriage registry even allow registration without the man in question, agree? 🙄😑

From Day One, I dislike Jieun for being a money grubber.  She was the 1st one to say that Hana must get some compensation from Yeojin when she knew Hana was the daughter.  She said it again when they found out Hana was scammed as the daughter.
Hana may be trapped by these two siblings.  Yeojin is quite clever to counterattack.
