Yes, she has to continue working so that there will be interaction between Hana and herself. Otherwise, she can be written out of the story.

I realise that the more tragic or more heartbreaking the story is becoming, the more I would want to continue watching the drama. I interpret it as the Writer's ploy to keep the viewers glued to the drama as well as keep the ratings high.
Of course, I am no Writer so I might be wrong!

Also, they should have chosen an actress who looks around 30 yo as Hana and Seyeong are of the same age.

I feel that it will be hard for 2 characters to agree on the revenge details. They will surely disagree over some matters.

You see, Jingoo's heart surgery was paid by Yeojin as a donation of sorts. Yeojin then sponsored his education as well. Now the details were never shown to us because there was a time-skip.
When both Jingoo and Seyeong were around 12 years old, Seyeong was shown to be uninterested in Jingoo in one scene. Then we were shown they have grown up and were engaged to be married in about 6 months when Jiseok and Hana appeared on the scene.

I am sure Myeongji planned this stupid marriage so that Seyeong will be the wife of the successor of Yeojin.

Obviously there was never any love between Jingoo and Seyoung. And Seyeong also had a relationship with Jiseok when they were studying in US.

Yes, some of the things Jingoo did were indeed offensive to Seyeong. Nevertheless, in real life, the man would have backed out of the marriage by now. So somehow, I am pretty sure these two will never get married in this drama.
In any case, they have ZERO CHEMISTRY from Day One. 😖 💔

Jiyeon got a redemption arc from the Writer. Promised she would donate all $10 million but only donated $800,000 to one young girl who has the same eye illness as Darim. As she was walking out, she suddenly said she would donate to another person. That is $1.6 million out of $10 million. 😆

From kdrama watching, I would say the SKoreans are particular about such marriage laws. Siblings-in-laws cannot marry each other. So it is out of the question for Seungdon & Bonghee. 😐

Taewoong and Charim did announce to grandparents after their release that they will be getting married.

Bonghee & Seungdon cannot be a couple at all, right? From the beginning, I wish they would because I felt so sorry for Bonghee. As grandma has said, Bonghee should have married into another family.

Many people hate this drama but I am only very unsatisfied with the rushed ending.
