I do not agree Jiyeon's cutting words were "random". Her words were meant to hurt the grandparents. One does not use such cutting words indiscriminately.
Grandparents were trying to retain Jiyeon's business so they trying to dissuade her from going to another dry cleaner.
Let me remind you that the Lees has never treated Jiyeon as trash. They did treat Gangju very badly and I did write a comment much earlier that they should not do so.

Now that Suji saw the CCTVs at the lockers where Miyeon kept the money - she has solid evidence that the Lee family is involved in the money theft.
• Will she report it to her mum, the police chief?
• Will Gidong's MIL inform Jiyeon what she has just discovered?
More and more people have proof of the Lees involving the money theft.

Jiyeon's tongue was terribly toxic when she told the grandparents to

My heart goes out to Jiseok in episode 35. I feel his confusion and intense anger. Kwon Do Hyung did an excellent job in expressing these emotions.

While investigating on his own, he might stumble on the evil doings of Myeongji. Myeongji will then deal with him the same way she did to Yujin. 😧

I blame Sungho for not meeting or at least talk on the phone with Yeojin about his plans in the search for Yujin.

He sent Yeojin photos of Eunchong and then told her to wait until he returned to Korea. He did not say when he would return. How could he expect his wife to sit still and not do anything after seeing the photos.

In the meantime, he gets to spend time with Eunchong daily.
Sungho was the one who pushed Yeojin to resort to such dangerous and also selfish methods just to be near Eunchong.

Yeojin did plan to lie to Hana that she had some memory loss due to trauma before she was adopted by Jiseok's parents.

Agree with you that drama writers have oftentimes taken the liberty to write their stories with plotholes so it can be very frustrating to question the logic of this and that.

I wrote a comment last week that Hana could be the biological daughter of Sungho. He could have been lovers with Hana's biological mum before marriage with Yeojin and was not informed that she was pregnant.
Then Hana becomes the rightful heiress and no one can gossip it was because she took care of Yujin's son.

This is my first watching Lim Ji Yeon and Choo Young Woo. Great chemistry between this couple and excellent acting from Lim Ji Yeon.

When So Hye recognised her, just deny and say Ok Tae Yeong. But Goodeoki's father will unfortunately be used as a pawn to lure her to admit her identity.
