A thought has just crossed my mind about Hana's mother. Sungho and Hana's biological mum could have been lovers before Sungho got married and Hana's mum got married while carrying Sungho's child, i.e., Hana.
In this way, Hana will eventually become the rightful heiress of Yeojin's company. Hana - Stepdaughter of Yeojin who raised the son of Yeojin's biological daughter, Yujin. Others cannot gossip that she became the heiress only because she raised Eunchong. When Eunchong becomes an adult, he can take over the top position from Hana.
As for what happened to Hana's biological mum, maybe she got into an accident and lost her memory...anything goes. π Just my wild guess....
Episode 28 That conversation between Yeojin and Jingu: Both have valid points like Yeojin said Hana is close to her siblings so she might spill the beans. Atp, no one knows Eunchong's identity and nothing bad has happened to him. Hana will not be trampled on by Myeongji or others if she became Yeojin's daughter. But Jingoo's stand that Yeojin must trust Hana or she will be very hurt if she found out or she might even die as Yujin's daughter are also true.
In order to protect Eunchong, Yeojin makes Hana as Yujin so if someone wanted to harm her only heir, he would target Hana. However, because Hana and Eunchong are often together, Eunchong might be in danger too. For e.g. if Hana and Eunchong are in a car, and a killer-driver crashed into the car. Then both will die. Or Hana and Eunchong are crossing the road and a truck crashed into them.
It is better for Yeojin to say that Hana is her late classmate's or late friend's daughter. And Yeojin has no plans to make Hana the heir. Both Hana and Eunchong will not be in any danger then.
Sungho is no longer using a disguise. Once Myeongji spotted him, his days will be numbered...he will end up like Yujin. When that happened, Yeojin will become anxious and insist to Jingoo that Hana & Eunchong move in with Yeojin.
My friend, you do write so well! πππJingu must pair up with Hana. If not, he marries that...that Snake…
I think eventually, she will realise her misdeed of raiding other companies as well as her folly of trusti g her sister-in-law. But we must acknowledge that yeojin was very compassionate towards Myeongji after her husband died.
It's interesting . . . this is one of the few dramas that had a character use the title in a sentence. Yeo Jin…
My friend, you do write so well! πππ
Jingu must pair up with Hana. If not, he marries that...that Snake Seyeong? π«£
I have a bad feeling that, much as Yeojin must be honest with Hana, her character is callous and self-centred so highly unlikely to be honest with Hana until episode 98 or 99. I do hope I am wrong though.

Sorrrrryyyyy! π @Tia replied to me that Writer Oh Sang Hee has written a few dramas. Because of the adverts, I thought that was the end so did not scroll all the way down. π€

Tia, thank you so much for correcting me!
You see, I scrolled and saw advertisements and thought that was the end. After you pointed out to me, I scrolled and scrolled and you are right! π€π€π€
Is Gracious Revenge really good?
Now I need to inform the other two commenters of my mistake. π

Nah! Between you and me, no worries, because it is good to remind each other. Just as you have also pointed out certain matters which I have overlooked or not aware of. π₯°
Yep. She wants all the focus to be on Ha Na, not Eun Chong. She will announce that Ha Na is her daughter, and…
Oh? Yeojin will announce (lie) that Hana is her daughter? Ah!!! That reminds me of the synopsis of this drama in MDL. The last line was Jingu told Hana to meet her mum!
I see...my goodness...then Yeojin is indeed very heartless to put Hana in danger just to protect her grandson.
Then all my previous guesses about Hana teaming up with Yeojin to go against Myeongji & Seyeong will be all wrong. I am at a loss to predict anything now. π΅πππ
I agree with you that the least Yeojin ought to do is be honest with Hana that she is the Safety Net of Eunchong not her biological daughter.

Myeongji is Yeojin's sister-in-law not sister. 1st episode, Myeongji addressed Yeojin as 'hyeongnim' not 'unni'.
Have the same feeling about Yeojin as you. That's why I am confused that in a flashback scene, Sungho was telling Yeojin not to continue "raiding" other companies and that someone has died. And that scene when Jiseok was begging Yeojin not to ruin his father's company.
I am hoping there is some kind of plotting by Myeongji which Yeojin was never aware of. However as a businesswoman with experience, how on earth was Yeojin blindsided by a homemaker Myeongji? This is a plot hole...if Yeojin were really not the villain.
Having said that, Yeojin needs to be NOT the villain for Hana to take revenge on Myeongji and Seyeong. Hana needs to team up with Yeojin. Hana is not capable or in any position to fight the 2 Snakes on her own. What is your take on this?
He doesn't want to tell his siblings but he has the nerve to wipe off all the food offerings for his dear parents.I…
πππ It is just me. I hate messiness. Well...he could have taken a plastic or paper bag and dumped everything in it. Jiseok's wiping off the food offerings was for dramatic effect. Anyway, it is a trivial matter compared ro other matters.
I am watching the raw episode 27 and it crossed my mind that the moment Myeongji spotted Sungho, he won't have many days left to live.
That's why Sungho must reach out to Yeojin and discuss with her on how to deal with Eunchong's safety. And he moves back home while the mother-daughter Snakes must move out. He should have never left Yeojin because he made way for the 2 Snakes to move in.

I can't understand what's his purpose for not telling his siblings about Yeojin and his late parents.
