I don't root for the male lead
Let's start on positive note: I really like the actors. Their perfomance is quite good and I really enjoyed watching them in other dramas.I cannot say much about the plot, since I only watched 9 out of 40 episodes
But:
I was annoyed at the main leads the whole time, for different reasons than other people, who left the review. I didn't root for the male lead at all. At first, he didn't seem bad but the way he tricked female lead early on made me so pissed at him. Using someone's image without their consent is bad enough (He didn't do it himself, but he is responsible for his firm), he acted all cocky and tricked FL into signing the contract using her good heart and his little brother. The way he pursues FL is distasteful, especially involving her friend. I have no objections to some mild stalking and helping your "luck" but who does this insolent asshole think he is, that he's talking to her about her inner feelings like they're close? He has no right to comment on her life. Tricking her again and again, taking advantage of her kindness, really pissed me off but also FL - her coldness is to me (as opposed to other people apparently) appropriate but she is still too nice to the ML - she agrees to ridiculous things way too easily (the photoshoot, stalking her in front of the house to give her a ride, applying ointment - why? because he doesn't have the second hand?!). If I was her, I would have punched him in the face and kicked him in the groin at least 3 times (during the first 9 episodes).
Men of this world - learn from the male lead: How not to treat a girl.
