Scenes showing that YT and QK share the same pain was to let the audience know that they have a special connection as twins. Once they established that, they believe the viewers are smart enough to figure out that the twins still share the same pain even if the cameras aren't always showing QK going through YT's pain. They only showed the more important parts.

I think that is more of a production hiccup. The screenwriter is pretty detailed and thorough, so I'm sure whatever questions we have were answered but didn't make it to the final cut and ddefinitely not aired. We have to keep in mind that 5-10 episodes were cut out, so the thorough explanation could've been part of that. They did do mini explanations that mortals can cultivate into immortals. I think the post production may have found that repetitive because we all know that in other xianxias we have watched and even know of some characters that were once humans, were really good people, and became immortals through cultivation or some special drink or magic. I don't think TSL needs to reiterate that.

I think the Iridescent Eyes internally restrict Ye Tan from physically doing things by giving her pain, but it only affects YT and not QK because it's not an external force or blow.

So in that video where Landi hangs out with Shen Yue just recently and Landi got pooped on by a bird? Haha, I started laughing at work so hard, almost dropped to the floor when one of the comments on Weibo was Ye Tan aka Landi ate too many tea eggs, so she was bullied by birds. Omg, even the universe has watched TSL. Haha.

And then the rumored CXX project for 2024.

Landi is sooo pretty in her most recent photos. It reminds me of when CXX said, "Landi hao piaoliang." Hahah.

Ooops, I keep forgetting to add YQ and YT. One of my most favorite funny scenes was when YT kicked WR, stuffed some pastry into his mouth, and drew on his PRETTY face. Hahah.

I thought another funny part that isn't mentioned as much regarding the twins' father was when QK had already died and YT had just fought YQ in the Void, the father came to YT and said, "I wish to kill the Heavenly Emperor and avenge Kui too." Puahahah! He was finally fed up with the immortals.

1. When the three shards became YQ 2.0. Gosh, I was balling my eyes out the first few times I watched them say goodbye to YT.
2. ManMan's death scene is the most heartbreaking because she's never coming back to life.
3. YQ 1.0 because he never lived his life.
4. The love confession between YQ and YT and when he taught her the star formation to love scene. Lol

Hahah, me too! I've watched almost everything X 100 times already.

Yup and that's what kept him alive in Guixu right when he was on the brink of death because like he said in there, "Use the fear of death to summon the invincible Celestial Body. The key to the Perfect Celestial Body doesn't lie in the mastery of its techniques, but in the heart of the user." In real life, only at the brink of death, do we really realize what and who we really love, our deepest regrets and fears, what we would change if we could have another chance to live.

That's why I don't think people are ready for healthy and wholesome relationships. Lol

Yeah, it's probably not for you then, by now, but I'm glad you stuck around to Episode 28. :) I think that's one of the best things I loved about this drama. There's no hidden mystery or secrecy which causes a lot of misunderstandings. It's just a bunch of people figuring stuff out on their journeys like in real life. They don't die for each other in secrecy for 10 times. I like that YQ, QK, and YT's deaths weren't noble idiot type deaths, they were necessary.

This drama is such a gem.

One of the most hilarious scenes was when everyone in the Void came to Qing Kui for medical treatment and Chao Feng and Hai Chao kept counting the number of people who knew. Hhahaha and then it was useless.

I'm watching TTEOTM at the moment, but it's nothing like TSL so far. Episodes 7-8 already pretty much solidified this drama in my heart, but can't say the same for others. I'll hold on for a few more episodes. It might just me be and the drama is probably super good for others.

I'm still here and I already said goodbye. Haha.

The acting in here is sooo good, it makes everyone else seem mediocre.

I don't think CXX has ever met someone quite like LLD. She's naturally cute and witty, always making him think on his feet and he enjoys that because he's always up for a challenge. There's never a dull moment between these two.
