WCR is doing a really good job at portraying the transitioning LMT. In Episode 14, at the market when some of her memories popped up, you can see a shift in her eyes, demeanor, and tone. When she tells the nanny to have the shadow guys to stay in the villa, she's no longer the cherry happy dandy wife LMT. She's slowly returning to Lu Wen. I fear for CXZ sooo muchhhh! Hahah.
So far, I trust that the writers know what they're doing with the story line and current social sensitivity issues, so the deviation wasn't too bad.
I actually want to see LMT stay with CXZ for a bit 100% as herself to sort out her feelings. Perhaps "revenge" is just an excuse to prolong her stay with him to figure out if she was manipulated into loving him or does she truly love him? LMT will realize that she, herself, is no longer Lu Wen either. CXZ has changed everything about her with or without her permission because that's how love works. It's pretty thrilling to see LMT playing CXZ once her memories come back. I want to see how the story goes from there. I haven't finished reading and I think I'll stop for now since I'm watching the drama. I don't want to compare too much or else I may not enjoy either.
So sorry if I comment about the main CP's private life. I’m just so curious, I find some comments when I’m…
Real couples sometimes act distant in promotions too, so I wouldn't give it too much thought. However, just enjoy the drama! You can support the CP but don't get too carried away. I mean, you just never know what happens behind the scenes. 😂 Some couples start off as friends first then develop into something more later. 😬😙
What I love about this drama is, contrary to everything else out there right now, the leads have fallen in love so naturally and ordinarily which is spending time together, getting to know each other, their likes, dislikes, daily temperaments. We're 14 going to 16 episodes in YET the leads have not blocked a single sword for the other, saved one another, or sacrificed their life for each other. I love it that one doesn't have to die or block a blade to show that they love the other person. It's their words, tiny actions, micro facial expressions that illustrates it all. I'm so tired of watching storylines where the leads have already almost died or coughed out blood 10 times by the 5th episode for each other. Love isn't just all about who you can die for but truly, who can you happily live with in mundane days yet can't live without. It's the small things that are forgotten in other dramas that are so precious in here.
